"So, we conclude that the expansion is feasible and also we can create jobs for the community living in the area, What do you think Mr. Villafuerte?"

I'm in a trance. Nawala sa isip ko ang meeting ko with the department heads for the possible expansion of our farmer's village project. All I think is Crisanta and the situation I have right now.

"Sir Jake, are you okay?" it was Cedrick. he is my secretary for three years.

Umayos ako ng upo and look at the presentation.

Cedrick automatically gather all the necessary documents as I hurriedly went out of the conference room. I need to go somewhere I could think better. Kailangan ko yun and I need to think fast. Mukha akong naghahabol sa isang deadline na hindi ko alam kong kailan.

I find myself in Lucid's. Matagal-tagal na rin since I visit Collete's place. Nagpapasalamat ako that the bar is still close. The place is quite, kabaliktaran pag sapit ng gabi.

"Hey! surprised you came bastard. matapos kang nag ermitanyo sa kung saang lupalop ng mundo ay bumalik ka na rin dito, at last" Collete tap my back. Mabilis ko lang tinunga ang vodka. It suits my throat.

"Bastard, I did not come here to talk, I come here to think" walang gana kong sabi. He scoff and sat at the high stool sa bar area. Kumuha rin siya ng vodka for his own.

"Well, Talk first and then think. Baka naman may maiambag ako sa problema mo, you seem to have one"

"I doubt it. At tsismoso ka diba?"

Tumawa ito ng nakakaloko.

"Whoa, you sound pissed. Ano ba yan ha? share naman pare so dalawa na tayo ang mag-isip"

Hindi ko siya pinansin and continue my vodka.

I may not know what's bothering you but, diyan lahat nagtutugma ang problema natin"

I give him a frown. Gago, mukhang magdadrama ang isang ito.

napatigil ako. well, may sayad naman talaga tong si Collete noon pa pero I did not know this one.

"Hindi naman ako special to think that way. bakit? may problema kaba?"

He look at me and laugh.

"Inom nalang tayo"

That one bottle of vodka ay naging tatlo pa. Naduduling na ako at parang umuuga na ang kinauupoan ko. I am drunk whoa!

Naalimpungatan ako hearing those loud bass. Bwesit talaga tong si Collete. Iniwan ako sa pwesto namin kanina.

I felt dizzy but I can manage to walk and drive. I went out of the bar at dumiretso sa kotse. Wala pa akong planong umuwi sa bahay ko, I want to see Crisanta.
