To say that I could barely talk would put it nicely. School cute boy sitting at your table? You've been blessed.
So naturally I flirted with him like I did with Donghyuck and Jeno.
"Hi cuties," I laughed out. Looking away for a second, I went back to my food. "What's up?"
"Nothing much, handsome,"
Didn't expect that from the school cutie. Did I mention that I liked him? Well now I will.
"Mark, get your seagull looking ass over here right now!" Donghyuck insisted. He looked like he was mad toddler, a pout on his lips and his eyes half closed. He opened one fully to see if his expression was helping him get what he wanted; it was.
I think I'm the only one who noticed, but Mark seemed to lean into him when he sat down next to the boy –like he wanted to be closer but couldn't.
I continued eating, not wanting to be hungry when I started my shift after school.
With my mouth full, I asked "Jeno, lemme get a ride after school,"
He glanced up from his phone and food to look at me. "Sure, which place?" the boy inquired.
"The barbecue place, if you want I'll get you a discount if you come back for me." I bribed. God knows, I didn't want to take the bus that late at night and then do more work.
"Pulling a Donghyuck I see," he laughed. "I'll think about it, Na."
A message buzzed on my phone and I checked it.

I put my phone down to finish eating, then threw away my tray.
"I'm going to the library, if you want me you'll have to pay for my time," I joked, grabbing my bag and textbook. "Bye rats, bye Renjun!"
