CHAPTER 15

Kanina pa nakatigil ang sasakyan ko sa labas ng Triad Real Estate  pero wala ako ganang lumabas, limang minuto na nga akong late sa meeting na 'to, dito na rin ako dumiretso mula sa bahay nina mommy.

Kilala ang TRE bilang gumagawa ng mga private villages and condominiums around the country. Some of their investors pull out their shares knowing that this company will be manage by a woman.

A succesful woman from western countries, hindi siguro alam ng mga investors ang buhay ni Mrs. Lein na isa ring CEO ng Western Luxurious real estate na nakabase sa America, I also bought a 15% share on that company that she personally sell it to me, sa ngayon ang isang pinsan niya naman ang namamahala sa kompanyang 'yon dahil mas kailangan siya ng step-father niya, ang bumabang CEO nitong Triad.

I took a deep breath as I went out from the car. My people assisted me towards the entrance, tatlo lang ang pinasama ko sa taas at pinahintay ko sila sa labas ng conference room.

The secretary assist me and open the door for me.

"How can we be sure that our money won't be wasted? The company is now slowly immersing at hindi pa nakakabawi since last year, wala ng gaanong kinikita dahil ilang condominiums na ang-"

"Morning." I muttered coldly.

Natigil sa pagsasalita ang isang investor ng makita akong nakapamulsang pumasok, lahat sila natigilan at nasa akin ang mga mata at atensiyon nila.

"Welcome Mr. Montevista." natatarantang iginiya ako ni Mrs. Lein sa upuang may pangalan ko. "Im glad you made it."

"Relax." I mumble lowly. She nodded with a smile as she walk back at the center. Kinuha ko ang memo at pinasadahan ng tingin 'yon.

Sumandal ako sa upuan at tiningnan ang illustration board. "Please continue." baling ko sa investor na tumigil sa pagsasalita kanina.

I cross my arms on my chest while giving a quick glance on everyone who are still looking on me.

Kinuha ng lalake kanina ang lazer light at itinuro ang percentage ng mga kailangang e-develop na mga gusali.

"As what we can all see, this company needed a huge amount of money for the renovations and reconstructions the old condominiums, some villages need to develop too, as a share holder I have to put my money in safe hand."

"Mr. Bandilo was right Mrs. Lein, bumabagsak na ang kompanya and we don't know how capable you are to manage this company, to pull up this from the bottom, I'd rather pull out my investments and invest it somewhere else."

"Maraming bagong kompanya ang nangangailangan ng investors, we can't just risk our money."

Tumigil sila sa pagsasalita ng itinaas ni Mrs. Lein ang kamay niya. "How capable am I? Does Western Luxurious real estate ring a bell to all of you?"

Nanatili akong walang imik at nakikinig nalang sa usapan nila.

"Of course, we all-"

"I gave up my CEO position their to help my father, who happened the owner of this immersing company, I am here to do my best to put this company in track and-"

"Oo nga, let's say it's the biggest real estate in western region, but that's already on the top list before we went out on this world."

"That's right, you manage that company when they're already on the peak of their business, the situation here is far from that."

I close my eyes as throwing opinions continue, it will be a waste of my time if the investors will keep questioning the capability of Mrs. Lein.

"It's not possible that we can make it just give me chance to prove it to all of you."
