Lily's POV

Everything was easy. Sure I didn't have the best quirk for a lot of the tests but I did better than some cocky people.

When it was time for the ball throw though, my heart started to beat faster and butterflies filled my stomach.

"Hey dumbass, do you even have a fucking quirk? Or are you a quirkless loser like Deku?" I hear the angry Pomeranian ask. I just snort.

"Yes, I do Mr. Pomeranian my quirk just doesn't apply to anything we've done." He seemed to steam off after that. I looked over to see Dad looking at me with concern I just give him a smile and he relaxes.

It was Midoriyas turn and I knew he was likely to break his bones again. Dad was watching him closely, probably also coming to the same conclusion.

He got into his position and started to throw.

He really was going to break his bones again!

I watch as Dad's hair starts to lift, and his eyes turn red, indicating that his quirk was in use. Midoriya finishes throwing and the ball doesn't go very far.

He looked at his hands, worried that he hadn't used his quirk. I frown. He was about to get a whooping from Dad and didn't even know.

"I erased your quirk. We're you planning on breaking your bones again? Relying on someone to heal you?" The poor boy looked as if he was gonna pass out from fear.

Dad brought him closer to him, wrapping Midoriya in his capture weapon. "You can not become a hero with that quirk Midoriya. You have no control." I winced.

Mina was standing by me so I grabbed her hand to stabilize myself. "Are you okay Lily?" I see Dad turn my way curiosity and worry evident. I nodded.

"Yeah. I'm okay," I say softly. "My eyes are just burning, I didn't close them when I was watching Midoriya." I chuckle lightly before seeing Dad turn away. Satisfied with my answer.

I get out a small vile, inside we're my eye drops, I watch as Dad tells Midoriya to finish up quickly before using his own eye drops.

Heaven in a bottle. Especially for my quirk.

Midoriya looks so sad again, before I see him recollect himself, he throws again and this time he used his quirk. Sending the ball flying far, like Bakuhoes.

One by one each of us is called to do our throws, Mina before me and then I had to go. I had decided pure strength alone would do the trick. Since my quirk wasn't made for this kind of stuff.

I breathe in and back out before opening my eyes. I wind back my arm and give it my best throw. It flies a good way before falling down.

My final score was a whopping 97.3 which was pretty good since I didn't have a quirk to help me with that. After the throw, the final tests were concluded and we were gonna find out our placements.

"Here are your placements at the beginning of this year," He said, I looked down the rows to finally find my name in 10th place, not bad, but not great either.

I was going to get judged like every other student here. Just because I was the daughter of our teachers doesn't mean I get special treatment.

"HA! You dumbass Deku!" I looked further down and found the broccoli boy's name in the last place, I wince for him. Secondhand embarrassment fully playing out.

"Oh," Dad started, "And nobody is getting expelled, that was a lie," I watch as the broccoli boy's face turns from sadness to pure joy and tears worked their way out. Dad walked away.

"Y'all didn't see it was a lie?" I hear a girl behind me say, she had a big goofy ponytail but otherwise was very nice looking.

"It wasn't a lie though," I said, she looked at me along with some other students, "He probably just saw a flicker of potential from each one of us, I have no doubt he would have expelled the last place person if he didn't see any potential," I say simply.

The ponytail girl looked horrified until I smiled. "Believe what you want though," I hear Mina laugh from behind me. I smirk knowing I made her laugh. "The name's Lily, nice to meet you?" I pause waiting for her name.

"Just call me Momo," She says before shaking my hand and smiling.

"Nice to meet you then Momo," I said chuckling, "We should probably go get cleaned up," I said, before grabbing her hand and Mina's hand and dragging them along with me.

I lead them back to the locker rooms as I did with Mina earlier. Since they didn't really know where to go. I just smiled all the way there.

We get changed quickly and head back to the classroom. Where we see some of the boys getting a little too rowdy. Bakuhoe was threatening Midoriya, making sparks with his hands.

Making a split-second decision and feeling like Midoriya was being threatened, I activate my quirk. My eyes turned red and my hair lifted, it stopped Bakuhoe but I now had multiple people looking at me.

Including Bakuhoe. He was pissed. "Bitch give me back my quirk!" He screamed in my face.

"I can't do that until you don't use it on Midoriya, or me for that matter. You really shouldn't make me use my quirk so much, it gives me serious dry eye." I said lazily.

He just huffed and sat back down in his seat, I closed my eyes and then Mina looked at me. Her eyes shone.

"Your quirk is so cool Lily! It reminds me so much of Mr. Aizawas!" I chuckle. Getting my eye drops out and drop one in each eye.

"Yeah, mine is almost like an exact replica of his, though I don't know how I ended up with a teacher with a quirk similar to mine..." I wondered aloud. Mina seemed to take the bait.

Momo laughs, "Either way it's a super helpful quirk!" Mina yells as we sit back down in our seats. I smiled, it was encouraging to know that someone was with me.

I wonder how long I can keep the secret of being two pros' daughter for?
