I smile a bit, Katsuki really was the sweetest. "Okay then, let's go!" I push myself off of him and raise my fist, determined to have a good time.

I make it about 15 yards onto the beach before I'm called again, "Oi! Dumbass! You forgot your fucking bags!" I giggle slightly before I run back to the car and pick my stuff up, pecking Katsuki on the lips momentarily before running away to find the girls.

"Lily! Over here!" Mina calls out to me, I spot her with the blanket spread out already, "Let's go! Let's go! Let's go!" She squealed, dragging me to the nearest bathroom to change into our swimsuits.

"Slow down hun," I admonish her behavior, "We're here all day remember?" She just keeps squealing in delight as we pick our stalls to change.

I hear more of the girls coming in, "Kirishima and a few of the other boys are here.. do you remember inviting them?"

"Nope! But the more the merrier!"

I remember inviting them. Also bribing one.

I finish putting on my suit and open the stall to reveal the choice. I don't hear anything at first but then I hear the squeak of the stall doors and then squealing.

"OH MY GODS LILY! You look so cute!" Mina screamed. As I took in what she was wearing as well. She had on the suit that we purchased recently, it was a baby blue with speckles on it that matched her skin tone.

"You do too! We both look so cute Minaaaaa!" I jumped and hugged her, excited that we were going to show these suits off together. "Do you want to do sunblock here or out there?" I asked her.

She put her finger on her chin, "Maybe out there, then we can move a bit better and it won't be as cold." I nod and smile.

"Girls are you almost ready?" I call to the stalls, I get a couple 'almost done's and 'give me a damn minute's to which I laugh to.

But I stop laughing as soon as I look in the mirror again. You could clearly see the scars on my body.

One on my neck, shoulder, and stomach where they performed surgery to fix my lung and ribs. My eyes widen.

"Lily? What's wrong?" Mina asks softly. I lock eyes with her.

"My scars." Her eyes soften, and she wraps me in a hug.

"They're beautiful. They show that you survived. You're still fighting. You're a hero. They're not ugly." She comforts.

"But what if they-," She puts a finger to my lips, shutting me up.

"They don't matter, I think you look beautiful with them and that's all that matters. Now, with all the girls at our sides are you ready to go out there and slay this?!" She pep talks me.
