When August came back with a McDonald's Happy Meal with a milkshake. I'm guessing that was for Kay. And he brought me a salad from Chipotle.
Aug- I figured ya wanted dis.
He figured right. I love Chipotle salads.
Me- Thanks. *Smiles*
Aug- Hera ya go kaykay.
Kay- *Smiles* Thank You Uncle AA.
Me- What took you so long?
Aug- I took lunch ta Chay and Mya.
Me- Did you get their lunch boxes?
Aug- Yea. Dey in da vans refrigerata.
Me- Ok.
I started back typing on my computer. August was just sitting there watching me.
Me-*Smiles* What?
Aug- Are ya gonna eat?
I looked over at the bag that was still sitting there then I looked at August.
Me- Ugh. Fine.
Then August phoned ringed.
Aug- Hellow? Yea I'm hera. Wussuh?
.........
Aug- Ightt Bruh I'll be up dhere in a min.
......
Aug- Ightt.
Then he hung up his phone and got up.
Aug- Dat was my manager. He need ta see me real quick. I'll be back.
He gave me a quick kiss and started walking out the door. When he got to the door he stopped.
Aug- *Turns around* When I get back will I see dat all gone and thrown in da trash?
He was talking about my food. I decided to play with him.
Me- Well you may see it in the trash. I'm not too sure about the all gone part.
He gave me his serious look.
Me-*Laughs* I'm kidding, I'm kidding.
I got up and walked to him and gave him a hug. He was still frowning.
Me-*Smiles* I'll eat... I Promise.
Aug- Ya betta.
He gave me another kiss and left.
It's 3 now and Chay & Mya should be showing up in my office any minute now. Did I forget to mention August still isn't back and he left like an hour ago. Kay was still sipping on her milkshake, more like milk now. She came walking up to me.
Kay- Mama Ryan.....
Me- Yes?
I stopped typing and turned to her.
Kay- Can I feel your stomach?...
She sound like she was scared to ask me.
Me-*Smiles* You sure can. Give me your hand.
She smiled and gave me her hand. I placed on top of belly button.
Kay-*Smiles* Its hard.
Me- *Smiles* I know. It's going to continue to get harder and bigger until I have the baby.
