Kaitlin went upstairs so I quickly ran over to Elli.
"Elli, where's Alexia gonna be on Christmas?"
"With her family."
"Kaitlin lied then."
"Probably if you asked where she was gonna be on Christmas. Especially since you're going to be with your family."
"Why isn't she going home."
"This is her home and I guess you mean why isn't she going to see her family in the States."
"Yeah that."
"Well that's because her mom, dad, and Chloe's part of her family are going to North Carolina where her grandad and aunt is and her aunt is dating a guy she doesn't like so she just isn't going."
"Why doesn't she like anyone in her family?"
"She likes her blood family. Ryan was married in and Bennet, her aunts boyfriend, is only a boyfriend."
"Oh. And by the way, why does Kaitlin look like she knows something?"
"Because she does."
"What?"
"I can't say."
"Tell me Elli."
"Okay fine. She knows that you like her."
"WHAT!?!?!?!? Who told her?"
"I kinda did."
"Who told you... ugh Harry did didn't he?"
"I'm not telling you where I got it from."
"Well since you told Kaitlin I like her, Can you tell me if she likes me?"
Elli was budging.
"Elli, please tell me."
"Fine. She does."
"YES!!!!!" I yelled.
"Niall keep your voice down." Elli said.
"Sorry."
After I said that she left me and I went outside and sat under the tree and wondered why Kaitlin liked this tree so much.
