Battle of Wiggletown

Off to Wonderland

The eight friends met up again near a babbling brook in England.

Calvin noticed Murray and Sam holding hands and smiled suspiciously.

"Long story" Sam said smiling back.

"Fair. But are you sure you two aren't... ya know" said Calvin.

"Oh, no! No. It's not that extreme. Murray and I broke up. After we save the Beatles, I might never have to see him again" Sam said.

"Yeah, that's true. I'll buy that. You never see each other much anyway" said Calvin.

"I truly apologize, Calvin" said Murray.

"No, it's fine. I'm not the jealous kind" said Calvin giving Sam a peck on the cheek.

"Okay, so Sam and I found George but you six didn't find anyone else?" said Murray.

"No. But Lady Tremaine's daughter told us where the other Beatles are" said Meg.

"Boo-yah!" squealed Charles Wallace.

"Where are they?" said Anthony.

"Wonderland, Germany and London" said Greg.

"Terrific! Now we can all go and save them together" said Calvin.

"So where can we look first?" said Meg.

"We're right here, so why don't we try Wonderland first" Sam said.

"Good idea, Sam. How do we get there?" said Jeff.

"Down the rabbit hole" said Charles Wallace.

"Wait. We're gonna go down a rabbit hole?" said Greg.

"what's wrong? You love trying to pull rabbits out of your hat" Sam said.

"Besides, Greg, we're going in there for the Beatles. We'll bring them back, and we'll make this right" said Murray.

"Okay then" said Greg.

The friends hopped down the rabbit hole and made it into the oversized room.

Sam tried to open the door, but the doorknob didn't like being turned.

"You gave me quite a turn, my dear" he said.

"We're only here to find our friends the Beatles" Meg said.

"Oh, yes. I believe one of them is somewhere here. So you must get through me." said the doorknob.

"And this is a fine way to size up the problem. And I do mean SIZE" said Charles Wallace.

"You're right, Charles. We are very very big and the door is very very small" said Murray.

"Why don't you try the bottle on the table?" said the doorknob.

Sam turned around and saw a three-legged table. And on the table was a bottle with the words "Drink Me".

Sam drank the drink and shrank.

"Sam. You're small now" said Anthony.

"What's the big idea?" Sam said.

"Let me be frank. You shrank" said Meg giggling at her rhyme.

"Cool. I guess this drink of various tastes makes you shrink" said Calvin.

"That's amazing! Come on, Murray. It doesn't hurt. Try it" Sam said.

"If you say so" said Murray.

Murray drank from the bottle and shrank himself.

"Well, I'll be" he said.

The others did the same and were the right size for the door.

"I forgot to tell you. I'm locked" said the door.

The key was all the way up on the table.

"Try the box naturally" said the doorknob.

Meg ate a cookie from the box and grew until she could reach the key.

She shrank again and unlocked the door so they could find the Beatles.

They made it to Wonderland! Good start!
