Chapter 59: Lungern

On Thursday, after staying in Interlaken for two nights, Seb and Gia finally had to leave. She felt that the time went very fast. She still enjoyed being there. But, he had his plan to bring her to other place.

Gia sighed when Seb was putting their bags in to the boot of his car. He chuckled as she was pouting. "What's wrong with this beautiful lady?" he asked, touching her chin lightly.

"I can't leave this place."

After he closed the door of his car's boot, he put his hands on her shoulders. "Gia, I promise to bring you here again next time. I've asked you to join me to Jungfraujoch at the end of this year or in January, remember?"

Gia nodded. "Yeah, of course I remember that."

"So, are you ready to leave this place?"

"Yes, I am. I have no idea where you will bring me to, but I trust you to bring me to other wonderful place," she smiled at her boyfriend.

"That's good! And of course you will also be amazed with that place. Let's go!"

Gia hurriedly got in Seb's car as she was looking forward to know where he would bring her to. He followed her shortly after. She took her phone from her bag.

She turned the bluetooth on and connected it to Uconnect multimedia system in his Jeep car. She played 2 Become 1 by Spice Girls from her phone. She always liked the 90s songs even though she also knew some new ones.

"It is Spice Girls, isn't it?" Seb asked while driving.

She nodded although he didn't look at her. "It is!"

"What is the title of this song? I'm really bad at remembering the titles even though I'm quite familiar with the songs," he chuckled.

"The title is 2 Become 1," she told him.

"Oh. The title suits us really well. The two of us become one," he smirked before he glanced at her.

"Can you please just focus on driving instead of teasing me?" she asked. She definitely couldn't hide her blush.

He laughed quite loud. "I didn't tease you. I just told you the fact." He glanced once again and she didn't respond him. Then, he took her left hand and gave a little kiss. "You aren't angry at me, are you?"

"Of course I'm not. Don't worry," she said. She couldn't help but smile to imagine that he was worried if she was really angry at him.

He tried to change the topic a little. "I'm glad to know that. By the way, do you know that one of Spice Girls members are one of, like Antti said, F1 WAGs?"

"Really?!" Gia got surprised to know that. "I'm not a fan of Spice Girls, to be honest, but I know some of their songs. I don't know their personal lives, except for Victoria who has been married to David Beckham for a long time."

"So, the Ginger Spice, or Geri Halliwell, is Christian's wife," he told her.

Gia frowned. "Christian? You mean Horner, Red Bull's Team Principal?"

"Correct. They've been married since... I don't know, probably after I moved to Ferrari."

"I didn't know that! Do they have children?"

"They do. Geri has one daughter from her previous relationship, so does Christian. Then, they both have a son after they get married."

Gia smiled to know that. "So they have three children. They must be very, very happy. Does she often come to the race?"

Seb was trying to remember that. "Hmm sometimes, I guess. I don't really know. But she usually comes to the races at Silverstone."

The talks about Christian's personal life made Gia wonder if Seb was still very close to the members of his former team. He didn't deny that he often talked to some of the members at the paddock. He also told her that he was really welcomed if he came to Red Bull's hospitality at the circuit.
