Part 26

*Friday morning*

"Good morning" she smiles as she gets in my car.

"Good morning love, I'm glad you said yes to breakfast" she closes the door and I start driving.

"Well I do leave tomorrow and I don't know when I'll see you again" Josie looks at me.

"Yeah I know.. that's why we're spending today together. I don't go in until tomorrow night"

"So what are we doing?"

"Breakfast and then we're going down to the beach"

"That's why you told me to have my bikini on" I nod.

"Of course"

It's now 3:26pm and we're at the beach.

Josie is laying down in a towel relaxing and I'm next to her.

I look over at her and she turns her head to look at me.

"Yes?"

"I'm going to miss you"

She sits up and turns to look at me.

"I'm going to miss you too. But promise that this time we will keep talking no matter what?"

"I couldn't keep that promise last time Jos..-"

"This time it's different. It's been five years. We have matured, we've grown. We said five years ago.. that if we come across each other again and if we feel the same as we did before, then you and I, are meant to be"

"Are you willing to do long distance again?"

She nods and holds my hands.

"We managed three years long distance, and we really couldn't do anything because we were in school" she says, "this time we can do something. And we can make it last"

"But I'm going to be busy all-"

"I don't care. I'll always be by your side.. because I love you" she leans in and kisses me.

I smile and I return the kiss.

"I really can't do anything big and fancy.. but Josie.. I don't want to lose my opportunity.. will you be my girlfriend..? Again" she laugh and nods.

"Yes I'll be your girlfriend again" I smile and I kiss her again.

*Josie's PoV; later that day*

"You what now!?" Evelyn asks and hugs me.

"Finally this bitch is going to be happy" Britney hugs me too and they both push me down on the couch.

"Okay but don't kill me damn" they get off me.

"When did she ask you?"

"Earlier when we were at the beach. We went to grab something to eat afterwards and here I am now"

"I'm glad you both could make it up and got back together. But it's going to be long distance"

"I was actually thinking of something.." I look at them, getting nervous.

"What?" They both ask at the same time.

"What if I move here? Well what if we all move here?" I ask.

"Baby that's a lot. We need to find a place, then get a job all over again. And remember Eve has her own clinic, her work, back home. She just can't leave" Britney says and Evelyn nods.

"I can't leave. I made my life over there already. You know how hard it was to make that happen" Evelyn says.

"But you know. If you want to move out here with Alex, then we fully support you and understand. Our house will always be open if you end up coming back if she breaks your heart" I smile.
