As Kylo flew the command shuttle, Atlas looked all around her. The galaxy was beautiful. It was a shame that she wasn't able to see it often. But it was lie. A beautiful lie. When she found out that all she believed was a lie, her views on the galaxy and the people who lived in it had altered. She trusted Leia, with all her heart. She was like her mother. She was caring and kind. But if she had just told the truth to Atlas, this would've all been fine. But she had lied to her for 17 years.

Maybe if she hadn't had lied to her, Atlas wouldn't bring hellfire down on her. Atlas was going to make her pay for what she did.

Kylo had turned a corner, and there it was. The feared Starkiller Base. The ship that was said to be the next Death Star. The ship that was said to destroy a whole planet with just a push of a button. Yes, the Death Star was big, but this was so much more. This was humongous. No ship was nowhere near as powerful as the Starkiller . This was the ship that was marking history alongside the Death Star.

She glanced away from the enormous ship to Kylo. His face was so concentrated. When he was this concentrated on something, she noticed that his eye would twitch slightly. She admired this. But she couldn't help but see something inside of him. With the force she saw something inside of him that everyone thought he was incapable of feeling.

Love?

She didn't know what it meant. She didn't know who he loved. She never knew that he was capable of feeling this way. Yes, she knew that she found him admiring, even with his dark personality. But she never took it as love. She had never felt this way. She stayed looking at him, concentrating on what he was feeling inside. It wasn't until he looked back at her. Once she saw that he turned her way, she quickly turned back.

As Kylo looked back to doing what he was doing, he couldn't resist but smirk a little. Truth is, he doesn't even know what he loved anymore, or who. It was all buried in the darkness that was his heart, that it was surprising to find out what he had inside.

Once they landed, Kylo didn't bother helping Atlas off the ship. He knew she didn't need any sign of emotion shown towards her. And for Kylo's sake, he didn't want to show it for himself. He wanted to prove to himself that he wasn't feeling whatever he was feeling. She needed no distraction.

The only sounds on the Starkiller Base was the sound of heavy footsteps from stormtroopers. Kylo knew what was going to happen in the next few hours; everyone knew what was going to happen. But most importantly, Atlas knew what was going to happen, what she was going to do.

She couldn't process what she had become, but she knew that it felt amazing. She felt the best than what she has ever felt for entire life. But then again, she felt tremendous guilt. But she couldn't concentrate on that. No. She had to concentrate on what she was meant to do. To destroy the Resistance.

Atlas sensed the Resistance coming. She envisioned the ship heading right towards them. She saw their hope. Their hope of destroying the First Order. It made Atlas laugh. Ignorant fools. They actually think that they have a shot of whatever they were planning on doing. What they didn't know is that she saw herself, praised amongst the First Order for her victory of destroying the Resistance. Once and for all. But now she needed to concentrate on what she needed to do.

As she walked along side Kylo, she couldn't help but admire his attractive features. Never in her life has she cared so much about a person other than Leia. It was his determination that she admired about him. This was foolish love to her. She knew Kylo didn't feel the same. Everyone knows that he's incapable of loving. At least that's what everyone thinks. The only person that knows that is himself. And even then, maybe he doesn't even know himself. Only time can tell.

Kylo felt her eyes upon him. What is she thinking? Truth is, he hated using the force to read the mind on her. He wanted her to tell him herself. Without the force. He wanted communication between him and her. But he couldn't let his feelings towards her get in the way of the biggest victory in the Empire. In order to do that, he had to be professional. Kylo knew that if he couldn't continue what his grandfather before him started, he would have someone that he cared about immensely to help him. There were just some things that he couldn't do himself.

"Do you have your lightsaber, Atlas?" He turned towards her, looking at her straight in the eyes. The light perfectly shown on her eyes. He could look at them all day. But there was no time for that.

"I do, Master Ren."

Just as Kylo was about to reach out his hand and place it on her cheek out of subconsciousness, a storm trooper came sprinting towards them. "Commander Ren" the stormtrooper said out of breath, "the Resistance is here."
