Y/n's pov

I walked into the Avengers compound and I looked around to see if I could see anybody.

I didn't so I walked around some more.

I smiled softly as I saw Natasha standing alone in a dimly lit room, facing away from me, staring at a wall.

I leaned against the doorframe and said "What are you doin Nat?"

She turned around to look at me and she smiled.

"Hello y/n."

I raised my hand with a small wave "Hey, how are you?"

"Not so bad." She said as she walked up to me.

I looked down a little bit so our eyes locked.

"How are you?" She asked as she gave me that little cheeky smirk.

"Great, I'm great." I said.

Then she suddenly engulfed me into a tight hug.

"I missed you so much." She said quietly.

I hugged her back as I smiled to myself.

"You, missed me?" I asked.

"Oh yes, you were my source of happiness."

I felt my heart break just a tiny bit as I smiled like an idiot.

Then I realized what she said "Was?"

"Are, you are my source of happiness." She corrected herself.

"So why did you leave?" She asked as she pulled away.

I sighed.

"Problems, I almost got caught with the Accords, well, not signing them and doing superhero work that is." I said.

"I'm so glad that you weren't on our side." She said.

I smiled.

"I know."

"In my opinion they were really stupid." She whispered.

I laughed.

"I missed you too, Nat." I giggled.

She smiled.

"I know."

She hugged me again.
