I completed the project. Turning off the laptop, I go change into a basic blue shirt and blue jeans. I grab my wallet, phone and car keys (yes, finally I got my licence and bought a small car), and leave the house.
Just as I leave the apartment, I hear a constant honking. Wondering the situation, I look at that direction and see Li Qiang. He is the one honking!
I go to his car and ask him through his open window, "what are you doing here?"
"I came to drive you there," he says sweetly.
"Oh wow," I hop into the car but he does not drive rather stares at me.
"What?" I ask, checking my clothes in case there is something.
"Why did you dress up for a meal that you are traumatized over?" he asks seriously in contrast to the nature of the question.
I chuckle, "I don't know how to be more casual than this," I point at my clothes.
"You are too dangerous for society, I should lock you at home for myself only."
I laugh until there are tears in my eyes while he drives me to the restaurant.
