"So you don't think it's too much?" Loyola asked standing in front of the mirror whilst anxiously looking at her outfit for what seemed the millionth time

"No" I responded, chuckling slightly "You're just nervous and indecisive" I affirmed as my eyes followed the trail of clothes lying on the floor

"Me? Indecisive?" She teased before checking herself out one last time in the mirror and walking towards me

"Alright, I'm ready" she gushed, her eyes almost gleaming with joy causing my own lips to lift upwards

"I'm so excited for you" I said looking at her genuinely before giving her a hug as she squealed enthusiastically

Today is her one year anniversary with her boyfriend and she wanted to come over and get my opinion on her outfit

"Oh shit, I gotta go if I wanna make it on time" she said eagerly after checking her phone

I nodded my head understandably so before hyping her up one last time and waving her off

Loyola is a girl I met my first year of University. She sat next to me in biology on the first day and complimented my outfit. Since then, we've been really good friends. She reminded me of Taylor mixed with Ben. She was sweet like Ben but once she got comfortable, became as open as Taylor.

ugh I miss Taylor I thought, frowning slightly

While I stayed in town for University, Taylor chose a school four hours away and while we still manage to talk every week, it's still something that needs time to get used to, you know? It's hard to transition from seeing her everyday to being limited to once every month but thank goodness for technology

Safe to presume many things have changed but that's what comes with growing up

Okay, let's see if I got this. While it's best to combine all techniques together for an almost assure result, everything is significantly made for the patient's needs. If one is dealing with depression, psychoanalysis and biomedical approaches would be best. The patient should be able to communicate what is troubling them and find coping mechanisms on how to overcome negative feelings. If the patient is still feeling troubled and talk therapy is seeming less comforting, antidepressants should be added to balance brain chemicals, also referred to as neurotransmitters. If one is dealing with anxiety regarding fear, psychoanalysis and cognitive therapy should be use-

"Hey you"

I looked up only to see Elijah standing infront of me with his hands pressed in his pockets, giving me a soft smile

"Hey Elijah" I greeted, grinning back at him as I scooted a little bit to the left so that he could take a seat

"You know you can call me Eli right?" He jokingly teased as he raised his eyebrow only slightly before taking a seat

"But Elijah sounds so much better" I whined, pouting my bottom lip as I gave him my best puppy dog eyes

His lips formed into a small smirk as he rolled his eyes in a teasing manner before nodding his head knowing there's nothing he could say to stop me from saying his full name
