In Amy Bedroom
"You think I don't want best for Luke because I do Amy I do, "Ty said
"Then why are you so mad that I went to Clint," Amy said
"Because Luke needs someone he can trust right now," Ty said
"Our goal is to keep him safe" Amy Said
"He needs us," Ty said
"I know he needs," Amy said
"His mom came to visit he is back he is the safe end of the discussion," TY said
"Oh, because you say it's over its over," Amy said Shouting
"No that is not what I meant," Ty said
"Why is it your way or the highway when it comes to the kids?" Amy asked
"Because you back down and I have to make the final decision," TY said shouting
"Look I love you Ty but sometimes you cross the line and you just did," Amy said
Amy stormed out and slammed the door
Luke sitting on the stairs, Amy walks by wiping tears from her eyes. Luke walks over
"Amy are you ok?" Luke asked
"I am ok," Amy said fighting back tears
"I never wanted to be any type of trouble," Luke said
"You are no trouble at all I promise you," Amy said
Luke and Amy walk up to Luke Room

In Luke Room
Luke and Amy sit on the bed
"I miss my mom, but I am happy here with you and TY," Luke said
"I am happy you are here too," Amy said
"Then why are you crying?" Luke asked
"Ty and I had a disagreement and when adults fight sometimes, they say some hurtful things," Amy said
"Do you want to stay up here tonight?" Luke asked
"No that is ok but thank you for the offer," Amy said
Luke lays down in bed
"Go to sleep and don't worry everything is ok," Amy said
Amy gets up and turns out the light

Amy walks out into the kitchen and sees the light on the porch on, Amy walks out

On the porch
Ty sitting watching the horses, Amy sits next to him
"You came out," Ty said
"I am sleeping in the loft tonight," Amy said
"Why?" Ty asked
"Because we need some time apart," Amy said
"Look Amy I am sorry for what I said," Ty said
"I need some time; I can't just get over it in a minute," Amy said
Amy walked toward the barn

In the loft
Amy walks in and turns on the light and sits on the bed

In Amy Room

Ty sits on the bed and stares out the window
