A few hours later
Ty returned to the hospital, Amy standing in the hallway he walked over towards her
“Amy why are you in the hall is everything ok?” Ty asked
“Andrea showed up I am giving them some time together” Amy said
“That is good I guess” Ty said
“How is Lyndy?” Amy asked
“She is good her and I had lunch and took a nap together she was playing with Lou when I left” Ty said
“The doctor said his lungs are sounding better, but he will be here a few more days” Amy said
“ you know Andrea is with Luke we could leave for a bit and go get some real food” Amy said
“No I don’t want to leave Luke alone with Andrea” Ty said
Dr Anderson walks over
“ Amy and Ty I am Dr Anderson I want to let you know that Luke is improving, but he is not out of the woods yet” Dr Anderson said
Dr Anderson walks away
“Do you want to leave?” Ty asked
“No I am good”.
In Luke Room
Luke is sleeping Andrea watching him sleep, Ty walks in
“ I am getting better” Andrea said
“That is good” Ty said
“I want to his mom again” Andrea said
“ I have no doubt you do but I need to know you are 100% better before we and Clint let Luke move back in with you” Ty said
“ now that I am getting help I can be better to Luke I can be the parent again” Andrea said
“I want to go home with Mom” Luke said
“ you are not ready to go back with your mom yet” Ty said
“ Can she come visit me” Luke asked.
“Yes of course” Amy said walking in
3 days later
Luke is released from the hospital
Back at Heartland
In Luke Room
Ty and Luke watching TV in his room, Amy Walks in with Lyndy
“Can I talk to you a moment alone” Amy asked
“Sure” Ty said
Ty and Amy walk out
“ Clint called said he wants to let Luke to an overnight with Luke. Clint will be there the whole time” Amy said
“Ok if Clint is on board we should try it” Ty said.
