A lot of time has passed but Cedric and I were still going strong. We finally made it to the end of the year. He helped put my luggage into our section of the train and we sat next to each other a snuggled the whole way back. We sat in each other's presence, reminiscing about all the fun times we had been through this year. It truly made me sad that The school year was over. I just wanted to spend more time with Cedric. Before we knew it the ride was over. We got off the train and stepped onto the platform and I couldn't help but tear up. Water swelled in my eyes as I held onto Cedric. I didn't want to let go

"Please remember to write to me." Cedric pleaded.

With my head still buried in his robe, "Of course I will. I promise."

I looked up at him and he leaned down to meet my lips. I wasn't going to kiss those lips for a while so I wanted to enjoy it as much as I could. We pulled apart and I noticed my parents behind Cedric looking for me.

"Would you like to meet my parents?" I asked him as I dragged him in their direction. I let go of his hand and jumped into my mum's arms.

"Hi, sweetie! You look so gorgeous!" She turned to look at Cedric. She spoke with a smile on her face "Who is this?"

"This is my boyfriend Mum," I said while studying her eyes.

"The name is Cedric Diggory. It a pleasure to meet you!" He said pleasantly, sticking his hand out.

My dad took that handshake gladly and answered, "It's very nice to meet you, Mr. Diggory. Will you be joining us this summer for our annual banquet?"

I don't know, but the annual banquet had completely slipped my mind. I immediately turned to Cedric and said, "You'll be there right?"

He answered with zero hesitation, "Simply send an owl with the details and I'll see you there!"I hugged him one last time, and I was off with my parents.

We got in the car and I let a sigh of relief out.

"Cedric seems nice," Mom let out with a smirk. "

"He better be. If he doesn't treat you right, I'll curse a bludger and send it at his head." Dad teased.

I asked them how their jobs had been and if there was anything cool happening at the Ministry of Magic. Mum and Dad had important jobs there, although I'm not really sure what it is they do. All I know is that they work with some of the best and brightest minds in the building. My Mum makes more money. Being a pureblood gets her farther. But dad doesn't do too bad even though he's a muggle-born. Although, not many people know so that works to our advantage.

We finally arrived at our home.

Dad parked in the garage and we entered our home. Everything looked the same except for an extra plant in the indoor garden, to the left of the entrance. Mum had a thing for plants. Our house was reasonably big, and we lived in a rich neighborhood. In fact, a lot of the wealthy Ministry employee's lived on this street, including the Malfoy family.
