" What do you mean? " I ask my father

" We can't let him find you. " He stated " So we have to move you far away. "

" I don't understand? " I repeat confused

" If we send you away like to Butte then he won't be able to find you. So all we have to do is have a safe house somewhere far away. " He replied

" That could work. " Zeus said

" But who would go with you to protect you? " He asks

" I volunteer. " Derek said stepping forward

" No I can't let any of you get hurt. " I said declining his offer.

" I want to. If it means helping protect my only sister then so be it. " I knew he wouldn't back down.

" But I could never forgive myself if you were ever hurt or even killed. " I couldn't help the tear that ran down my cheek.

" Hey, It's okay I'll be fine. " He promised " We'll be safe. "

" Okay it's settled then, Derek and Aroura will travel to London and stay in a spare apartment. " Zeus said

I didn't think our plan would work but I stayed quite and kept my thoughts to myself. I knew Jason would try to find me and he probably wouldn't stop until he had me. I hoped he found his real mate before he did something drastic. I had know clue if he was my real mate or not. Just because I had feelings for him did not mean he shared the same feelings.

" When will I be leaving? " I ask

" Tonight actually I'm having my top fighters escort you threw the territory and safely to Butte. I'm pretty sure he won't look for you in the city. " He said so sure of himself

" I'll, uh, go pack my clothes. " I said now noticing I'm only in my underwear.

" Okay dinners in the oven. " My mother smiled sadly

I walked up stairs slowly trying to save every detail to my memory. I had no clue how long I would be In Butte or if I would ever come back. Jason, I knew would never let me out of his sight if he ever got a hold of me. And that thought alone sent a shiver down my spine. I went to my closet getting out a small suit case.

I only packed small just a few shirts and jeans. I went to the bathroom and got my toothbrush and toothpaste and a few other things, and quickly packed them into my bag.

I got one book from my bookshelf and put it in my pocket. Looking around the room I couldn't help but feel a blanket of sadness settle upon me. I was probably never going to see this room again. I hurried and put on some clothes and grabbing my small bag I walked down stairs and set it by the door. I walked into the kitchen to my family and Zeus laughing at some lame joke Derek told.

It was times like this when I really missed my life before Jason took me. I was taken from my family and pushed to grow up faster. I wasn't a child anymore. I had seen stuff not many teenagers would see while they were young. Even though there was a chance I would never see them again, I knew this was my family.

No number of werewolves or mates or anything could ever change that. No matter what Jason did I would always have my family with me. And that one thought was what kept me going.

Later that night Derek and me said our goodbyes to my family. Derek had a hard time His instinct to protect me, But at the same time leaving his family and all he's ever known. I had cried to. It was the second time I left my family not knowing when or if I would ever see them again. Once we were done we were packed into a car with five other people including Zeus.

It was quiet for about a half hour before an ache in my chest grew drastically. It was so bad it started to inflict physical pain. I sat there for a while just quietly sobbing. Derek after about a half an hour couldn't stand to see me in such pain and so he unbuckled me and pulled me over to his lap. And hugged me as I cried silently.

" He forcefully marked me. " I sobbed into his shoulder " He hit me. "

" And worst of all I don't even know if he's my real mate. "

I got pitted looks from the other men who were all mated and had kids of their own. They probably couldn't even imagine the pain I was going thru. My wolf was oddly silent. It was scaring me. I didn't know what to do.

Slowly the forest started thinning and houses started coming into view. It wasn't far until there became buildings lining the side of the road. And soon the we entered the city. We pasted many streets and buildings But when we stopped at some old run down apartments, I knew that this was where we were staying. It wasn't that bad on the inside, I thought, as Zeus filled out the paper work for an apartment.

" It's all set up And every thing's paid for. " Zeus said walking over to us and handing us a key.

" Just a warning I'd stay inside for a few days. Just until Everything dies down. " He told us His eyes held worry.

" Thanks for everything, again. " I said playing with my fingers

" It's fine I'm proud to help the white wolf. " He said bowing his head in respect.

I looked in his eyes pure shock written in them. He smiled then turned to my brother.

" Take care of her. She going to be fragile. " He quickly whispered in Derek's ear as If forgetting I could hear.

He then turned back to the both of us. " Take care and we'll keep in touch. "

He reached down and took my hand, Slowly Bringing it up to his lips. His lips softly touch my hand. If possible the ache in my chest grew even more. I was shocked Derek that wasn't seeing this, But couldn't complain as to I was frozen in shock.

I knew Zeus was un-mated but I didn't think I could have any feelings for him. Ya he was an attractive guy, but Jason had my heart. It was kind of funny that I had feelings for the man who hit me. He stood up strait again and walked out of the building leaving me with mouth open in shock.

I walked with Derek up to the apartment. I claimed the guest room and let Derek have the master bedroom. As soon as I saw the bed a wave of exhaustion swept threw me and I fell onto the bed falling instantly asleep.
