As i was having another panic attack signa came in. She was trying to calm me down and it did work to some point but it wasnt helping fully i was still having trouble breathing. At some point i felt her lift my face and we made eye contact. She told me to focus on her and her breathing so thats what I did. After a few minutes my breathing was back to normal.
im sorry you have to do this i said barely over a whisper. she jist amiled and shook her head.

sorry its really short but i just dont rrally have the energy but ill try to make a longer one soon also im going to use some of the ideas in the previous comments soon thx.😁
