"How are you-...? w-what are you-"
"Sidon, my boy, I wanted to see how you were!" Dorephan laughed, a laugh that Sidon had truly missed.
"You were able to come back in spirit form? L-Like Mipha?" Sidon was in complete shock. His father, the once beloved King Dorephan of Zora's domain, who had been killed during an attack yet still had enough time to write letters to everyone he loved, was there before him so many years later.
"Just like me." Sidon looked to the left of his father and standing there with open arms was his sister.
"M-Mipha?!" Sidon covered his mouth and gasped.
"Hi Sidon." Mipha ran over to him, and Sidon squeezed her tight once she was close enough.
"I can't believe you two are actually here." Sidon wiped a tear from his cheek and looked up at his father.
"We can't believe we finally got to see you again." Dorephan smiled as he looked down at his two children.
"What did we miss?" Mipha asked, her eyes full of wonder and mind ready with so many questions.
"A lot, actually. Well, let me begin first with the fact that you two will be very excited to hear all of it." Sidon chuckled a bit and Mipha and Dorephan prepared themselves for the long and wondrous story of the past 2 decades.
"_____ and I started dating not too long after the attack on the domain. And then we got married a bit after that! And soon after the wedding, we found out we were expecting a child." Sidon put his hands together and looked down at his elder sister's shocked face.
"Oh my goddesses I'm an aunt!" Mipha squealed and Dorephan's smile only got wider.
"Indeed! But, unfortunately, not too far into _____'s pregnancy did we have another Ganon attack. Taking Link and Zelda exaclty to where they were during the last Calamity." Sidon paused before continuing. "But the rest of us were safe, and within a few months our daughter was born. Princess Aurelia."
"Aw I have a niece. She must be incredible!" Mipha started imagining what Aurelia was like.
"She is. I was trapped in Vah Ruta when she was six, and _____ was terribly injured when she was ten. Putting her back into the shrine under the domain. Aurelia was so independent for those four years brigning up an entire kingdom, and with the help of Link, she saved Hyrule." Sidon felt so proud, knowing he was talking about his own daughter.
"What a feat for such a young girl. You and _____ must be so proud." Dorephan nodded and relaxed his expression a bit.
"Oh we're more than proud. I'm proud of both _____ and Aurelia. They're amazing and so strong. I'd like to know how I got such an incredible wife and daughter." Sidon chuckled a bit and hummed, looking between his sister and father.
"Sidon!" You called from downstairs, unknowing of what was going on. "Come quickly, love!"
"That's _____, I should go find her. I'll be back soon, though."
"Alright Sidon. Whenever you're ready, we'll be here." All three Zora's nodded and Sidon started heading downstairs.
"And father, Mipha..." He started, turning around and smiling. "Welcome home."
