Shark Prince With Sharp Armor (Sidon X Reader)

X: Halloween Feeling

Just an extra chapter, I couldn't help myself ;)

The air was filled with the smell of pumpkins and candy, while the children ran around in costumes attempting to scare one another.

It was the day before halloween in Zora's domain, and you and Aurelia were helping with the decorations and food.

"Aurelia, have you seen your father?" You asked, trying to wrap some orange and silver garland around a pillar. You hadn't seen Sidon all day, and you never recalled him mentioning having other things to do.

"No actually, I haven't. I saw him go up to the throne room in the morning but I didn't see him again after that." Aurelia shrugged as she handed you another roll of garland, this one now black and purple.

"That's weird. Usually during holidays he just stays in bed all morning the whole week." You laughed a bit, remembering all the times you would have to practically drag him out of bed on days like this. A loud yell interrupted your thoughts and boomed over the nosy crowd at the center of the domain.

"Who's that?!" Aurelia pointed up at the tail of the huge fish statue over the domain. There was a zora standing there, and even though the sky was dark, the lights all over the domain illuminated it just enough for red scales and a long tail to be visible. After a few seconds of examination you realized who it was.

"Is that... Sidon?!" You yelled, running up the stairs to get a better look. "Sidon! What are you doing?!"

"I will show you all what halloween is truly about!" He shouted before jumping down and pulling out some paraglider. He glided down and flew by you so fast you couldn't get a good look. He landed at the bottom and turned around, looking at everyone's shocked and confused expressions.

"Wait a minute..." You squinted, now looking at his height and head shape. "That's not Sidon." Gasps and whispers across the crowd came from people now asking 'Who is that?' And 'Is he okay?'

"It is I! The one and only Captain Bazz!" He exclaimed proudly, opening his arms and setting the paraglider aside. Red paint was splattered all over his head and now trickled down his arms and tail.

"Of course he would." You shook your head and you both laughed. Aurelia ran downstairs and you stayed where you were, still left wondering where Sidon was. Not for long though.

"Boo!" You felt two large hands grasp your waist and you jumped a bit, looking over your shoulder to see your husband. He had on black armor with orange gems rather than silver with aqua gems, and had on a long black and red cape. Aside from his teeth already being sharp, two of them were extra long and the feather on his headpiece was black too.

"Sidon! There you are!" You smiled as he kissed your cheek and wrapped his arms around you, looking out at the crowd too.

"I see Bazz made his grand entrance?" Sidon chuckled and you nodded, trying to shake the genuine fear you had for a few seconds when you saw him up there.

"I seriously thought it was you! I almost had a heart attack!" You admitted, knowing it wasn't his fault but it didn't matter at the moment.

"Aw, I'm sorry my love. I wouldn't do that to you." He nuzzled his face into your neck, rubbing your stomach. "Especially not while your pregnant."

"Thank you." You turned around and put one hand on his cheek, the other reaching out to stroke his tail. He hand both hands on your back, and he pulled one up to caress your cheek before pulling you into a passionate kiss.

"Mom! Dad! Come down here and cut the cake!" Aurelia called, getting the plates ready.

"Wow, I haven't heard anyone say that since our wedding." You laughed a bit as Sidon grabbed your hand and started walking downstairs.
