You had been married to Billy for about 4 months when Stu decided to ask you to marry him. He took you to a fancy Restaurant (he saved up for like 4 months for it.) And ordered a steak and mashed potatoes. He didn't touch it at all. So you knew something was up. After dinner he didny eat, and a shared dessert of chocolate cake, he decided to be non-traditional and stay seated. You didn't have to wait for him to ask something before you said yes. People once again cheered and congratulated you two. You left happily going to tell Billy the good news.
(When you did he said "Finally! Babygirl hes been planning to propose for like a year! But he always said it had to be perfect for you!". Sti was very embarrassed and smacked Billy on the shoulder.)
