Hyejin stayed with her aunts which their gang were called Red Velvet because her brothers went on a mission, dreamies were in the basement training for the upcoming big mission while 127 and WayV were out on a mission, the mission that would bring them loads of money, the bid, and the drugs
Her aunts were teaching her how to bake delicious muffins and brownies. She was having a lot of fun learning to cook catching up with her aunts. She never knew having a female friend she could trust besides herself was this comfortable.
Soon the dreamies came back from the training and were in the kitchen tasting the muffins and brownies they baked "Yow whoever baked this deserves my kiss" Haechan said after taking a bite of the brownie "You can save your kiss" Hyejin answered making herself an ice-tea
The kids were having fun but on the other hand, the elders were in trouble. While WayV was preparing for the mission, 127 was on the mission. The bid had started Taeyong was dressed fancy trying to distract them, it was going well until another gang appeared out of nowhere and started firing. People were scared so they ran out of the building.
They were fighting over the necklace and that's when Taeyong got shot on his left side above the hip bone, under the ribs where the armor doesn't protect, he fell to the ground. The others rushed to Taeyong and protected him while Taeil was trying his best to make him stop bleeding.
He thought he was gonna die. He thought it was the end for him. Just like his parents, he'd die on a mission, he remembered what he promised to his parents. Right in front of his eyes, his parents were dying bleeding to death he couldn't do anything. His parents had asked him to protect his sister at all costs and be with her. Everything went all black he couldn't hear the members he had passed out
"Guys he is losing a lot of blood we have to hurry" Taeil informed the members who were still fighting with the rivals. Quickly looking at Taeil's direction Johnny went to them "I'll take you and Taeyong to the fort and the rest will stay here"
With that, they hurried to the car. Johnny quickly drove to the fort making his way to the emergency room. They placed Taeyong on the bed and started the surgery right away after a few minutes rest of them came to the fort Mark and Jaehyun immediately started helping with the surgery. After hours the surgery finally came to an end when he suddenly started bleeding again
"Shit he's losing a lot of blood. What do we do now? He can die at any moment" Mark said panicking "I'll donate some of my blood now hurry" the oldest member said rolling his sleeves. They proceeded to take Taeil's blood and transferred them to Taeyong. The surgery was finally over after 8 hours of struggling. Yuta gave a call to the younger ones
Hyejin's POV
We were watching a movie when Chenle's phone rang his face dropped once he picked up the call he quickly ended the call "What's wrong Chenle?" Chenle looked at everyone in the living room "Let's hurry go to the car we need to go now" they all went out making the elders worry
Chenle quickly drove to the fort, during the drive there he told them that someone was badly hurt and it made them all worry, he said he couldn't hear it well due to being panicked. Hyejin was the first one to go out of the car
"Hyejin-ah" Jungwoo softly called her "Oppa what is happening? Is everything ok?" she asked eyeing everyone and looking for her brother. When she couldn't see him she looked at Jungwoo, he had a sad smile and took Hyejin's hand
"Hyejin-ah Taeyong got shot while he was on a mission and he got surgery, now he's all fine he just needs to rest" he reassuringly said, Hyejin felt her tears streaming down Taeyong was all she had left from her parents. Even if he wasn't by her side since her parents passed away she still loved him dearly but she never showed it.
It felt like the times when one of the WayV members would get hurt and say they were completely fine when they weren't. Even if they got the necklace they almost lost a member.
On the other hand, there was someone who was raging because he lost so much money
"Lee Taeyong this is not over. I'll come for you. Find his sister. Since he took my precious necklace I'll take his sister. It was a wrong move to bring her back"
