I didn't have a good sleep here. Wala man lang akong phone at hindi ko ma-check ang social media accounts ko. That is really frustrating! Being kidnapped by that cheap man is the worst. Damn Zakarius, damn him.
"I need clothes," I mumbled and looked at the nightie I'm wearing since last night. Disgusting.
"Zakarius!"
Lumabas ako ng kuwarto ko at agad na kinatok ang pinto sa silid ni Zak. I smirked when the aquarium-like thingy with snakes is not there at the corner anymore. Buti naman, kundi talagang magwawala ako.
"Zak!" I shouted and knocked on his door. Damn him, I badly want to take a shower and I won't wear this nightie again, that's disgusting.
The door abruptly opened, I was taken aback when Zak came out, he looks fresh unlike me. Mukhang bagong ligo siya dahil basa pa ang buhok niya. He's wearing a leather pants and kinda fitted white shirt. I stole glimpse at his mucled arms. He always wears a leather jacket or long sleeve something, last night was actually the first time I saw him without wearing one, and today is the second time... Damn, he's ripped.
"What?" he asked while staring at me. I rolled my eyes and took a step backwards.
"Look at me," I commanded and placed my hand on my waist. His thick eyebrow arched and looked at me from head to toe.
"Now, what?" he asked, emotionless.
"Didn't you get it? I'm still wearing this disgusting nightie since last night. I want my wardrobe now, right now, Zakarius. I desperately want to take a shower now," I demanded and stomped my feet on the ground.
"Wait for it," sabi na lang niya at lumabas ng silid niya. Agad akong sumunod sa kanya.
"This is your fault, Zakarius. You kidnapped me and you didn't take my closet with me. That's idiotic!" I frantically exclaimed. I'm stressed out.
As usual, Zakarius remained silent and go straight to the kitchen while I'm still following him like a dog.
"Nagugutom na 'ko, kagabi ko pa hinihintay ang fruits ko," I complained and crossed my arms over my chest.
Zakarius sighed and turned his cold gaze at me. I just arched my eyebrow and glared at him. Naiinis na talaga ako. Gusto kong kumain ng fruits at magshower pero hindi ko magawa.
"You want your fucking closet to be brought here as well as some unnecessary stuffs so fucking wait there and shut up," he said and his jaw clenched. He turned his back at me again and put a bread inside the toaster. I just rolled my eyes and sat on the chair.
He's annoying to the highest degree.
"By the way, where did you put your scary snakes?" I asked and curled my hair using my index finger.
"At my snake farm, faraway from you," he answered and took a pitcher from the refrigerator.
"You have a snake farm? Damn, Zakarius. Do you worship snakes?!" I exaggeratedly asked.
Hindi naman siya sumagot at kinuha na lang ang tinapay sa toaster at kinagatan iyon. I sighed and just watched him while he was eating a bread. I suddenly want to smash the toaster on his face because of his nonsensical schemes.
"Hey, Zak!"
Natigilan ako nang makarinig ng boses mula sa living room. Agad akong tumayo at nagtungo ro'n, natigilan ako nang may makitang lalaki na hindi pamilyar sa 'kin.
"You're late, Cadence," sabi ni Zakarius at lumapit sa lalaki.
My eyes twinkled when I saw two plastic bags of fruits on the mini table. Agad akong lumapit do'n at tiningnan ang laman. Cherries, strawberries, bananas... Damn, I missed them.
