part thirty-two

we both leaned in.
it felt as if it were years that my lips were just hovering over his, if one of us inched forward they would touch.
i could feel his breath on my face, it was heavy, that only made my heart pound in my chest even faster.

his arms wrapped around my waist tightened causing us to make eye contact and as soon as we did, we finally kissed.

my grip tightened around his neck as his did around my waist, making us as close as possible, not wanting a single bit of space to come between us.
i could feel harry smile in the kiss, causing me to do the same.

but as time went on, the longer we were in my room, the longer the cals were waiting - curious of why we were taking so long.

"what's taking so l-" lux opened the door, but stopped mid sentence to see two of his closest friends necking on.

harry and i quickly removed ourselves from each other, awkwardly fixing our clothes and hair while lux was still stood with his mouth hanging to the floor.

"w-w-w-what" lux shrieked holding a hand over his mouth

i stood there speechless, not exactly sure how to explain the situation. if anything i was just about as in the unknown as lux was.

"it's not what it looks like" harry stated, causing me to nod my head in agreement

"what's not what it looks like" freezy asked opening my room door even more so he could see what was going on

"well i just walked in on these two snogging" lux turned around and told freezy, who's eyes widened and hands found their way to the top of his head

"SNOGGING YEAH" he shouted 

"boys. boys cmon it's not-" harry began

"drunk mistake, at the end of the day he is kind of my ex. happens all the time, right" i bluntly said leaving my room, squeezing in between freezy and lux and walking back down my stairs. getting out of that awkward atmosphere that i couldn't be bothered with right now.

the boys stared at me walking down the stairs, not that i could see but i felt their eyes burn on the back of my head.

harry lewis' pov

we all watched her as she nonchalantly walked past us and down the stairs - almost as if nothing happened.
once she was out of our vision their heads quickly turned back to look at me

"so how was going to the toilet" freezy played making us laugh, making fun of an awkward situation

"what does this mean now then" lux asked being the serious one

"pft. honestly mate i dunno" i fixed my hair, realising i need to get it cut again soon

"do you still like her" freezy asked

"well if i didn't then i wouldn't have kissed her" i admitted, sitting down on her bed

"woah. you kissed her?" lux said walking into the room properly

i nodded my head looking up at them both. they just stated back down at me not saying anything else

"well i'm starving, so can we please order food now" freezy moaned, both me and lux nodded our heads as we walked down the stairs.

as we turned the corner we saw emilia in the kitchen, making herself a drink while on facetime so someone - i didn't know who as it was from the other side of the room.
but as soon as she noticed we had walked in she quickly said goodbye and ended it.

"who was that" freezy asked while walking into the kitchen

"just josh, he wanted to ask me about a sidemen thing" she replied

"oh, are you going to be in a shoot again?" i asked her, as if none of what happened even happened

"yeah he wants me to be, but i don't know about it yet" she answering me, but making sure to not look at me

"what video is it" lux asked before i got the chance to

"tinder in real life 3" she replied

"which is stupid since i'm technically not a youtuber yet" she laughed to herself

"wait, that's the one that you two are in" i said to lux and freezy

"and stephen" emilia added

"yeah stephen" i mumbled

"oh shit yeah i forgot we are doing that next week" lux gasped as he remembered

"you should do it" freezy said turning to emilia who just shrugged her shoulders.

"we will see boys, we will see" she hummed as she laid down on her couch, he focus going back onto the telly. after avoiding any eye contact with me while walking past
