The Start Of The Dark Era

Regulus's P.O.V

I am supposed to meet the dark lord today, I am scared, not for myself but about losing Cassie, arty told me that the day would come when he would want her back, I trust Arty's judgment that he won't hurt her but Cassie is my daughter, I love her more than anything and I know that the dark lord won't rest till he gets his daughter back.

 
I apparated to Malfoy Manor where he has been staying, I was welcomed by cissy, she engulfed me in a hug

 " don't worry Reggie, she's a strong girl, You raised her, she will be okay " I smiled at cissy as she led me to the very secluded part of the manor, I knocked on the door and Lucius was already standing there.

"My lord " I bowed a bit as he nodded in acknowledgment

" ah, Regulus, it's good to have you here, it's been a long time " his appearance was the same as when he was with arty, but when he used to attend to others, he had a shattered skull with a paler than snow color, a sample like a nose and bloodshot eyes, the brown eyes are the same as Cassie. 

" Long time indeed my lord, I apologize I couldn't be of service those years " he cut me off and gestured me to sit.

" You my dear regulus, have kept my daughter safe taught her to use her powers gave her the love of a father she deserves, the world knows her as your daughter and that will change soon, I am going to organize a ball and she will be introduced as my daughter, but I must know who else is aware of our little situation," the dark lord said, 

as I replied " the Malfoys, Notts, and Arnold Avery, and after yesterday I'm guessing, Potter, Dumbledore are also aware " Voldemort nodded as I purposely left Remus Lupin out, I wish him no trouble.
" I see, Arnold Avery, Ethan's Nephew" 

" yes my lord, he is head of the Aurors now, he has been protecting Cassiopeia where ever she goes "

" A loyal followers son, I wanna meet Arnold, someone to pay the price of his father's and uncle's absence while they are in Azkaban " I didn't want this for Arnold, he is a good man, but his father would hang him if he didn't follow the dark lord, so I nodded my head

 " now about the arrangement of the ball, do you have any suggestions regulus " I looked up,

" yes my lord, I would be honored if it is held at the black manor, but the manor is quite heavily enchanted for Cassiopeia's safety, your dark manor is kept properly maintained my lord, it will be a good place for residence, the enchantments are still effective and there are still no muggles in Yorkshire " the dark lord hummed in agreement 

" you might wanna start calling her by the name her father gave her Regulus, you may leave now " I bowed a bit again and left. 

On my way out I met Draco he was not looking so happy " hello uncle Regulus, how is Cassie I didn't see her after she fainted in the tournament " I smiled at him and put a hand on his shoulder 

" she's okay Draco, don't worry come by sometime, anytime you wish, I know Theodore is worried too tell him the same "

" I'll meet you at the ball ", I nodded my head and apparated to the black manor.

Cassiopeia was still playing with her daggers she had been stressing a lot after finding out about the Horcruxes.

Nobody's P.O.V

Cassiopeia was getting ready for the day at Grimmauld place, she was thinking about how things would change, but whatever happens, she won't let it affect her relationships whether it's Regulus or Theodore, or Draco.
