Chapter 39: Not All of Them...

Kyllian's POV

My guards were patrolling my empire, even though I know the chance of rebellion was little.

We can take anybody down, because we have literally everyone in the Overworld under my control now!

Except for the guards, but that's because they've shown complete loyalty and I wanted to reward them for that.

"My lord!" A guard said, running in and bowing. "There's a storm!"

"Are you saying that I should be scared?!" I asked, slightly amused. "Because if that's the case..."

"N-no!" The guard stammered. "I didn't finish!"

I nodded, beckoning him to continue.

"There's a young man walking in the storm..." the guard said. "And he's coming right here! He's already killed two of the guards."

"Take me to him," I commanded.

I followed the guard to see the young man, his head lowered as he walked slowly towards us. The guard looked at me, and I signaled, 10 guards surrounded the young man.

"You've made a huge mistake, young man..." I said.

The young man looked up and shot black lightning at the guards, killing them.

"This is my revenge for her..." The young man said, pulling out a sword.
