"Can you stop messing with my sister?"

Skylar Lain's car was a sick display of how much of a rich ass the boy was. It was sleek, black and posh. The engine was quiet and the interior displayed a nice solid dark red, like blood. It was really suitable, for a psychopath. Jale was uncomfortable. He felt like his butt was on fire just sitting in the same vicinity with the evil jackass. This wasn't his territory. That gave the douchebag too much power. This was practically suicide.

Skylar also had to be an asshole about Jale riding in the backseat. He was adamant that Jale rode beside him, the clueless fuck. The bastard was built with the most annoying personality on God's damned green earth.

Skylar hummed and kept his eye on the road. Orange light reflected on the street through the trees from the sun that was slowly setting.

"That's none of your business Kierson," Skylar responded flickering his gaze to Jale for a split second. His hands gripped the steering wheel tighter.

"You know damn well it is my business," Jale hissed clamping his hands that were clenched together tighter. It was a safety proof mechanism so he didn't punch the bastard right into next week and kill the both of them.

"Who your sister dates got absolutely zilch to do with you,"

Jale took a deep breath in.

"I will rip you to shreds if you say that one more time, you damn well know you don't like or remotely feel jackshit for my sister,"

"I didn't know you could read minds, Kierson, how the fuck would you know how I feel about her?" Skylar turned the steering wheel and pressed down on the gas pedal. They were going too fast, too close to the speed limit.

"I know you're doing this for revenge," Jale growled feeling that familiar anger boil inside him. He moved his hand to clutch his jean's material. He sank his nails into his thigh. He couldn't punch him. He couldn't send the bastard to his grave right now.

"You think the world revolves around you Jale Kierson?  Grow the hell up you fucking narcissist,"

Jale's jaw drew so tight. Skylar fucking Lain knew what this was doing to him if that damn smirk on his lips got anything to do with it. Jale fumed internally. He loosened his hands to press down on his chest to control his rage. He shifted slightly in the seat and turned to the window. It was tightly shut and heavily tinted. The car must be bulletproof. Jale didn't put it past the son of a bitch.

The car swerved into a lane that Jale didn't recognize. The sun was almost gone now and the night was setting in. There were houses with open lawns. They looked like newly built ones but small. Jale knew one-bedroom houses when he saw one. He drew in a breath.

The car came to a stop at the third house on the lot. Jale turned to Skylar with a hard stare. Skylar leaned back with his hands on the steering wheel and settled into a relaxed position. The bastard was putting on a show.

Jale gripped his shirt material.

"That has got to be a sick joke,"

Skylar's lopsided smirk widened. He flickered his gaze to Jale.

"Welcome to your new temporary home golden boy,"

Jale flung himself over the armrest knocking the gearshift down. He punched Skylar in the nose with no hesitation. Skylar's head knocked back into the door window with a thud.

"What the fuck is this? " Jale gripped Skylar's shirt pulling him back then punched him again. A pained cry fell from Skylar. Jale's gut twisted. This fucking-!

Another punch.

"If you had read the goddamn paper! you waste of space!" Skylar answered bringing his hands up to cover his nose. He groaned then lifted his eyes to glare at Jale.

"How many times will you wreak my nose?"

"You ask for it every goddamn time! I am not living-," Jale bellowed.

"You don't have a choice, you're fucked, being a whiny bitch about it isn't gonna get you out of this,"

Jale's hold on Skylar's shirt loosened, falling from his hands. He sank his butt into the seat staring wide-eyed at Skylar's pained face. For once, the bastard was right. He had no way out of this. Jale felt his stomach turn. His lunch from today churned and made him feel nauseous. This whole situation made him feel nauseous.

Jale opened the car door in a rush. The moment his feet slapped the pavement, he threw up.

"Well, that's a great house warming gift,"

The house was a sick representation of a fancy prison. Apparently, the district was owned by Skylar's rich father he had never seen. Everyone was in cahoots to screw over Jale except himself.

Jale hated the white painted walls. He hated the small hanging chandelier. He despised the large cream sofa and the brown wooden table centrepiece. He loathed how homely it seemed and he hated, Skylar fucking Lain who stood in the middle of it.

"I asked for a nice, furnished one, just how you liked it,"

Jale stood by the doorway and hadn't taken one step in. The lights were a fluorescent orange giving the house a warm welcoming glow. The wooden floor was polished and made Jale sick to his already empty stomach.

It reminded Jale of his previous home, the house he had before his mother got high off her success.

"Doesn't it look similar?" Skylar twirled on his heels and approached Jale with a smug smile on his lips and amusement blaring in his snake-like eyes. He came to a stop in front of Jale.

"Just like how it looked before your precious family fell apart,"

Jale breathed out the tension in his soul. He remained silent. He stared into Skylar's face.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you one sweet little detail," Skylar wiggled his index finger and pressed it to his lips. Jale wanted to spit on him.

Skylar walked closer and leaned next to Jale's ear. Jale was about to move away. He hated being in close proximity with the trash, he didn't even want to breathe the same goddamn air before he heard,

"There's only one bed,"

Jale punched Skylar Lain in the face for the second time today.
