a month passes and today is the day i have to take the kids back to dejuanes house so we all got in the car and santea forced me to hold his hand on the way but while we were driving i was just in my thoughts about how this whole month has been hell he's hit me every night that the kids went to sleep and he forced me to do a lot of shit that i didn't want to do i was secretly taking birth control behind his back and i pray everyday that things gets better he threatens me every time i refuse to do something with him and sometimes he won't even threaten me he'll just do it i didn't know how much longer i could take this but by the time i snapped out of my thoughts we were at dejuanes house so i unbuckled all the kids and they ran inside while i picked up thomas and alan then i walked inside laying them down on their little blankets and i was about to walk out until dejuane asked to talk to me so we went in the backyard and he just looked at me

Dejuane: your makeup is a little faded y/n i see them what happened to you are you ok

i couldn't hold it in i just bust out crying so much that my legs got weak and i fell down on the ground and dejuane bent down and wrapped me in a hug while i continued crying

Dejuane: it's ok tell me what's wrong
Y: he hits me and he has been since the day we left here
Dejuane: he's been doing this to you
Y: yes
Dejuane: ever since you left my house
Y: yea he made me confess that i kissed you and when i did he beat me until i was on the floor choking from my own blood
Dejuane: why didn't you tell me
Y: he threatened me he said if i tried leaving or told anyone that he would kill you then he'd kill the kids in front of me and make me watch then he'd kill me last i was scared i didn't want him to hurt them and he was already hurting me he forced me to do things against my will and he said that if i didn't have his child then he would beat me even more
Dejuane: are you
Y: no i'm not i wasn't having a child with him but when i told him he did this

i pulled my turtle neck down and showed dejuane the hand print that was still around my neck

Dejuane: you know i'm going to kill him right
Y: dejuane please what if he doesn't die and he comes back and hurts us

Y: no it's fine i'll tell him

i wiped my eyes and got up with dejuanes help and i walked outside holding his hand but i let go when we made it to the door but santea saw anyways and when i walked to the car door he swung it open and got out so we were standing face to face and he grabbed my wrists where dejuane couldn't see

Santea: what the fuck was that
Y: i'm not coming back with you santea we're done i'm staying here i don't love you anymore i haven't for a while you're a manipulative crazy ass mother fucker and i can't do it anymore you use me for anything and that's not what i'm for leave me alone i never want to see you again and i wish you nothing but hell
Santea: do you not remember what i told you y/n
Y: i have a bunch of family that will have my back no matter what

santea lifted his hand and punched me in the face and i fell down crying and then i heard a shot fire and dejuane shot santea in the shoulder he punched me with then santea hurried up and got in the car not before saying "i'm going to kill you y/n but don't worry you'll get a video of isabel dying" when he said that my eyes widened and i started yelling "dont fucking touch her, please she didn't do anything, if you kill her i'll fucking come after you and i'll torture you until your last breath, leave her alone" i kept yelling over and over breaking down with each word until dejuane hugged me into a tight hug and i cried more begging him to not hurt her then dejuane carried me around the house into the backyard and sat me down on his lawn chair and i threw my purse on the ground still crying with my face in my hands

Dejuane: y/n i need you to calm down
Y: calm down are you kidding me he just told me he's going to kill my best friend why would i calm down actually give my phone i need to call her
Dejuane: yea sorry

dejuane walked to y/ns purse and grabbed her phone then handed it to her while she quickly called isabel telling her "isabel please be safe santea snapped he's not the same i'll tell you everything when i see you again but meet me at my house in new jersey by tomorrow night please if i don't see you there i'm coming to you i need you to be safe santea said he's going to kill you and i don't want to put it past him because he's been abusing me.....yes i know issy but just meet me at my house in new jersey tomorrow night and don't be late please stay safe i love you so much" after isabel said some more things i told her i promise i'll let her know about everything when i see her then i hung up and calmed down a little bit
