as she was zoned out looking over the bridge she felt the baby kick and she squinted her eyes gripping the railing of the bridge in pain then going to the hood of her car and sitting down with her back leaned against the window as she was laying there she turned off her location then she looked up seeing dejuane with lucianna taking maternity pictures even though luciannas bump wasn't even close to showing but while they took pictures smiling and kissing each other y/n looked in tears until dejuane looked at her then she looked away and hopped off her car getting inside and driving off and going to the movie theater sitting down

Vexton: you ok
Y: where'd you just come from
Vexton: oh i work here my bad if i scared you
Y: no it's fine but um i'm here to just enjoy a movie
Vexton: haha i guess that was a dumb question since that's why most people are here
Y: yea vexton don't be dumb get your shit together
Vexton: someone still has jokes
Y: ehh if you think it was funny then i guess

Boss: vexton get back to work son

vexton walked off and y/n looked back towards the big screen watching the movie and just eating popcorn that vexton gave to her as she was eating and watching the tv cherry sat beside her grabbing her hand

Cherry: just know i do babes but i came to tell you that i'm not disappointed in you y/n

Cherry: then so be it but everyone has a moment of weakness shit if we didn't we wouldn't even be human so there's no way i can blame you

Cherry: what
Y: would you have done the same with artis
Cherry: um i don't know you and dejuanes situation is different from me and artis
Y: well now i feel worse

Y: you and artis didn't break up because he cheated but me and dejuane did so if you wouldn't go back to him for something simple and i went back to him for something drastic then it just shows how weak minded i am
Cherry: you shouldn't feel bad because you did something someone else wouldn't just think about what made you go back to him in that way
Y: he was sitting next to me on the bed while i was laying down away from him and he was telling me he missed me and couldn't stand not being with me and i guess i needed him just as much as i let my mind get the best of me and i let him win without even taking a second thought on what i could be doing which was leading him on which i never meant to do but it's like how can he be mad at me when he's done worse it's not fair
Cherry: because sometimes y/n all because someone did worse doesn't mean you do it back maybe he felt as if he had you back even if it was just enough to make him feel like y'all are friends again so what did you say to make him feel like y'all weren't even associates
Y: i told him i couldn't be with him and i guess being friends wasn't good enough for him so like always he went back to lucianna and now i'm back at square one with him
Cherry: we all know dejuanes some serious just give him time
Y: no cherry he always expects me to give him time so he can go and fuck who he wants and do what he wants then he comes back to me once he's done
Cherry: well if you are truly done with him then you need to move on
Y: i plan on it just not right now i have kairi who's my best friend but kisses me then i have kobe who still likes me but is with jale then i have this guy i talk to whenever i see him and he seems sweet but that's also what i thought with corey who still isn't over me
Cherry: well looks like you have a decision to make then everything else falls in place
Y: i'm staying single for a while then kairi will be back with gabby, kobe will realize he didn't mean any of that and vexton will maybe talk to me more then that way i won't have to date anyone in our friend group ever again
Cherry: well if that's what you want then you need to tell them well not vexton let him come to you not the other way around
Y: well he's a working progress i only talk to him when i see him and when i do it's always brief
Cherry: give it time nothing happens instantly
Y: true but do you want to talk about you and artis
Cherry: um i had to do it with him being in college and needing to focus on himself i had to let him go long distance just isn't for me and he needs to focus on school
Y: i see what you mean i know it hurts though
Cherry: it definitely does but he needs concentration and with me i need attention and he just can't do both at the same time so i did what was best for the both of us
Y: so looks like we are both having to move on huh
Cherry: i guess so
Y: it's going to be hard but we have each other and i can sure in hell point out any red flags for you and you can do the same with me
Cherry: sounds good it's definitely better than me doing it myself and if anyone knows anything about a boy with more red flags than his age than it's you

y/n shook her head and took a sip of her drink while cherry ate her popcorn and they kept talking but at a low tone
