I decided to summarize it because it was easier. So it would be near graduation Roman had confessed his feelings and Virgil also confessed. They talked and realized it wouldn't be possible for them to date because Virgil is dead. And Virgil is not allowed to leave the school because it is where he died.
Then Roman says something along the lines of "maybe we'll meet again in another life, I won't give up." And then Roman has to leave. And I was going to end it there. In the rest of the story I don't think they would ever meet again.
