The Houses of STH Academy

Sonic House: This house is the popular jock house. If there was any wild parties happening at STH Academy, this house would most likely be the cause of it. They are basically the top tier house. They generally get along well with most houses, but seem to have some sort of serious fight or argument when it comes to the Shadow House, and this house's occupants avoid the Amy House for some unknown reason. This house's human and Mobian occupants are both generally considered friendly, outgoing, and all around cool. Their symbol is an outline of the Werehog. Their motto is "Tu es trop lent!" (pronounced "too es tro lon") Translation: "You're too slow!" (language: French)

Tails House: This house is considered the "cool geek and nerd" house. This is the house who would spend much of their time studying. These students are seen hanging out with students from the Sonic House. They are yet another tier house. These students are likely to befriend anyone from the Sonic House. They are considered quiet, smart and reserved. Most of the house's occupants, wether human or Mobian had experienced bullying because of these smarts at one point or another. They generally try to avoid conflict with any house. Their symbol is that of a coat of arms, with a wrench and a pencil acting as symbols of smarts and Macgyverism. The top of the coat has an airplane. This house's motto is "סענדוויטש. ממיר שפּעטער זאָרג וועגן די וגערקע סענדוויטש. מיר דאַרפֿן צו פאַרריכטן טינגז איצט." (pronounced "mir shpeter zorg vegn di ugerke sendvitsh. mir darfn tsu farrikhtn tingz itst.") Translation: "We will worry about the cucumber sandwich later. We need to fix things now." (Don't ask me why they chose this as the motto. It is advised to read this right to left. Sorry) (Language: Yiddish)

Knuckles House: This house seems to be the butt end of every joke played by the Sonic House. They are considered to be naive and brazen. This house's occupants see their learning as a waste of time, but would rather spar with each other when given the opportunity. They are constantly vigilant of the Rouge House due to the fact that the Rouge house seems to steal quite a bit. They do on occasion team up with the Sonic House when there is alcohol and partying involved. They are considered to be gullible and kind hearted once you get past their aggressive defense mode. Their symbol is a hierloglyph of the Chaos Emeralds and the Master Emerald. This house's motto is "Emwòd yo dwe pwoteje nan tout frè, oswa lòt moun dezòd pral asire." Translation: "The Emeralds must be protected at all costs, or else chaos will ensure." Language: Haitian Creole.

Rouge House: This is yet another popular person house. This house is your typical "queen bee" house. When the occupants of this house are not plotting on stealing the emeralds or other shiny things from the Knuckles House, they are often seen hanging out with the occupants from the Shadow House. This house's occupants are often seen trying to bend the rules of STH Academy, and breaking curfew more often than not. This house's symbol is a coat of arms consisting of a tube of lipstick and a garrotte, and the coat of arms is laced with precious jewels and metals such as gold, silver, jades, amethysts and even diamonds. This house's motto is "La beauté d'un bijou est dans l'œil du spectateur." Translation: Beauty of a jewel is within the eye of the beholder. Language: French

Silver House: This house is considered your regular house. The occupants vary between sweet and agressive. This house is a hodge podge of different backgrounds. They also have the gift of reading minds and moving things. They are often seen trying to copy the mannerisms of the Shadow House, but stay close to the occupants of the Blaze House. They are often the shy kids who hide a lot. This house's symbol is a mosaic of a beautiful girl with fire in their eyes (some suspect it to be Sonic's first lover Elise, but that is up for debate). This house's motto is "Jeśli twoja przyszłość jest zepsuta z powodu błędów z przeszłości, nie podróżuj w czasie, aby je naprawić!" Translation: If your future is screwed up because of your past mistakes, don't time travel to fix those mistakes (really good advice to follow, to be honest)! Language: Polish.

Shadow House: This house is considered to be the goth house. Most of the occupants have suffered from some traumatic experience, but has used aggression to disguise their reluctance. This house has one rule that is prevalent: do not mention the name "Maria" under any circumstances. They tolerate the Rouge House and are more likely to pair up with them for a project. This house takes their grades and their interests seriously. Their emblem is of a green emerald with the inscription of their house motto: "Où est cette émeraude putain quatrième chaos!?" (Language French. "Where is that damn fourth chaos emerald!?")

Blaze House: This is the "Queen Bee" house. These students are known for having a fiery temper and a warm heart. They will willingly partner up with people from the Silver House and regard the Sonic House with a regal caution. Their house emblem is of seven SOL emeralds surrounding a flame. The house motto: Play with fire, and you'll get burned.

Espio House: This house are the kids who people generally don't notice. Even though the students in this house do not look like fighters, do not be fooled by their pacifist appearance. They can (and will) karate kick you if you tried to bully them. Their house is often seen conversing with members of the Vector and Charmy Houses respectively. Their house emblem is of a pair of camoflagued nunchucks. The House motto: "Strike Hard... strike fast... show mercy." Language: English. (Yes, this is indeed loosely based off of the Cobra Kai motto from the Karate Kid movies and the Cobra Kai show on Netflix).

Vector House: These are the tough looking kids who are true friends underneath. They are also known as the "fundraiser" house. They usually stay with the Espio and Charmy Houses respectively. These students are seen as the ringleaders to any charity events going on at STH Academy. Their house emblem is of a magnifying glass with an eye peering in. House motto: "Investigating is the family business!" Language: English.

Scourge House: This is the "troublemaker" house. This house also happens to be the last stop before juvenile hall or jail. This house would most likely be the epicenter of bullying activities or anything illicit. The kids in this house are often avoided by everyone due to their poor behavior. The house emblem is of a crown with three clawmarks. House motto: "Don't touch us, punk." Language: English.

Amy House: This house is considered the "cheerleader" house. To be frank, at least 25% of the students at STH Academy who are on their cheer team is most likely from the Amy House. They are also extremely feminist. This house is most likely chasing down unsuspecting athletes from the Sonic House. This house emblem is of a large, red hammer. House motto: "Sonique est tres chouette!" Language: French (Sonic is very cool!)

Charmy House: These are the "hyper" kids who have difficulty with sitting still. The younger ones are especially hyper. They are the kids who quite possibly have ADHD and hang out with the Vector and Espio Houses respectively because of the fact that those two houses keep these kids in check. House Motto: "Fly like a butterfly, but sting like a bee." Language: English.

Cream House: These students are the students who would befriend anyone. They are kind, good natured and would willingly braid flowers in different students' hair. Their house emblem is of a chao holding a broken heart. House motto: "Kindness goes a long way." Language: English.
