About three hours later a nurse came by the room where he two were sitting in the balcony and seemed to be trying to distract themselves with clouds. When the women came in they turned to her quickly in anticipation, she didn't speak as she motioned they fallow. When they got to the room they were surprised to see Tommy and dream talking and to see dream in something casual just a button up and some nice pants and some clean shoes with his mask. Instinctively Y/n hid a bit and braced but when Tommy saw them and smiled weakly Tubbo rushed to him and Y/n fallowed as they hugged him tightly

"oh my gOD- your gonna kill me" Tommy joked trying to calm them but he pulled them close weakly, he had no top on as not to mess with the bandages around his stomach and he had a bandage on his cheek nearing his jaw. He closed his eyes as he held them closer as he took a breath happy to have them "where's Wilbur?"

"uhhhhh he's back...at L'manburg...." Tubbo said as he let him go "but he saw what happened so it should be fine" tubbo reassured but Tommy groaned.

"he's gonna kill us himself" he said into his hands quite disappointed and worried now that the man would do something irrational. "I blame you both if he comes after us" he said softly

Dream hadn't left the entire time, he just sat there and watched them "he won't...we sent him a letter explaining some things...Tommy will have to stay for a while...the both of you are free to stay until he's able to leave though" he said as he tried to keep from letting his excitement show "doctors said about a month at least"

"A month?! Your sure of this?" Y/n frowned as she stayed as close to Tommy as she could as she gently held onto his hand Tubbo on his other "I mean yea it was an arrow, but it didn't seem so bad"

Dream shrugged "what do you expect? He's not gonna heal any quicker" he said as he tried to motion they stand

Y/n frowned as she stayed where she was "thank you for everything thus far but I think we can have him out by the end of the week, not to trample on your parade your majesty but he needs to come home as soon as possible. Tubbo and I can make a potion for him to at least get back on his feet" she said as she tried to convince him.

".....i think you should console the doctor first" dream was getting angry; he was fed up with their defiance and just wanted them to roll over for him and listen but by the angry look in Tommy's eyes he could tell that wouldn't happen anytime soon unfortunately but it gave him time.

"can you get him for us?.....Please?" Y/n asked and she offered even the tiniest smile in hopes of persuasion despite her urges to grab her wounded brother and bolt. To her surprise Dream seemed to falter and he hesitated before nodding and leaving promptly

"well if I knew that would work I would have done it sooner" Tommy teased a bit trying to break y/n out of her momentary shock. "anyway- what's your plan? I'm not staying here any longer with him" Tommy frowned a bit

"well I was thinking we make the potion anyway and sneak out? I saw a portal on our way here its bound to lead somewhere where we can go to get home quickly?" Tubbo suggested "we can probably find the potion room and go tonight?"

Y/n was about to protest but the door slammed open to reveal Eret who looked worried and sapnap who was speaking so quickly and uneaven that it was unidentifiable. The three of them seemed shocked and y/n's face contorted to fear as she backed away trembling, needless to say she wasn't over the whole choking to death and betrayal thing and neither Tommy or Tubbo were but Tommy looked absolutely pissed while Tubbo was just really uncomfortable.

"oh god- I thought one of you was dea-" Eret had started to explain himself as he continues to ignore sapnap trying to get him to leave and he stopped upon seeing their faces. "I... listen..... I know you wont ever forgive me for that... but it seemed to be the best way to do things at the time ok?" he said softly
