Boruto was walking through the forest, he knew he was heading to the mist, though he still had a ways to go.

It was almost nighttime, the sunset being the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen, the ocean being beneath it made it even better. Though there was someone more beautiful to him.[;)]

He sat on the cliff, staring at it for what seemed like hours, but it was only minutes before he heard footsteps behind him. 1 Person.

The person got closer and closer until he was finally in sight. Boruto's eyes widened at seeing his sensei.

Sasuke did a closed eyed small smile.

Sasuke: Hn.

He went over and sat next to his student, together, they watched the sunrise.

Sasuke: How have you been?

Boruto: Fine. You?

Sasuke: Better than ever. Good job, by the way.

Boruto: What for?

Sasuke: Eliminating Kara.

Boruto: Oh. I'll take that as a compliment.

Sasuke: You should, I don't compliment anyone often.

Boruto: Then I'm special?

Sasuke: No.

They both let out short laughs.

Sasuke: Well, I should get going.

Boruto: You're not capturing me?

Sasuke: I'm your sensei, if I wanted to I would've done it by now. Besides, even if Naruto ordered me to capture you I wouldn't.

Boruto: Why not?

Sensei: You're not doing bad things, are you?

Boruto: Of course not.

Sasuke: Exactly.

He huggged his student then left. Boruto was relieved and happy, he hadn't talked to someone properly in a long while.

Also relieved that his sensei didn't smash him up and bring him to the leaf.
