CHAPTER 5

"Fill my heart with song and let me sing forevermore~"

"In another words please be true~"

"In another words I love you~"

I happily clicked the replay button when the song in DVD ended.

"Fly me to the moon and let me play among the stars~"

"Let me see what spring is like in Jupiter and mars~"

"In another words hold my hand~"

"In another words darling kiss me~"

"Ryujin-ah, come here. Your bus is here already." mom said while holding my bag that's why I hurriedly went close to her.

"Will dad celebrate his christmas with us?" I asked as mom puts the straps of my bag on my shoulders.

"I don't know, sweetie. He's really busy but you trust his promise, right?" mom said and pats my head, stopping on the doorway.

"He wasn't even here on my 7th birthday..." I murmured as I started walking. Mom probably didn't hear it but it's fine. I should trust dad's promise. He told me promises are not meant to be broken.

He would always promise me that he would come home anytime—but not too soon. He told me it may take longer before we could see each other once again but he promised to come home. Besides, he reminded me to be good kid so he'd come home as soon as possible.

I will forever be a good kid so I can keep my dad in our very own home.

I hopped inside the school bus and I saw Yeddeong in the right corner of the bus. I immediately smiled at her.

If dad only came home last winter then he'd prolly meet Yeddeong already. I want to tell him stories about Yeji but I couldn't. I want to ask him to teach me how to do magic so I could show Yeji that I'm great and I can turn the snow into roses.

"No assignments, kiddo?" Yeji asked that made me frown.

"Stop calling me kiddo. You're just one year older." I mumbled.

"Well, at least I'm older~" she teases that's why I flicked my fingers on her ear.

"Look who's always huffy," Yeddeong continued teasing. "I misses Yuna and Chaeryeong. I went home with Heejin yesterday but I haven't seen that two..."

"I don't know too. We're in different sections." I frowned once again remembering that I'm in section D and they're in section A.

"You should study well so you could be in the same section as them next year." Yeji stated.

That's so unfair. They should be in the same section with me tho. We all have the same brains. We're literally sharing the same brains. Heejin, Chaeryeong and Yuna were as dumb as me.

If I learn magic I will turn my test paper into 100.

It's been hours since our class started. I'm writing what I want to be when I grow up because it's our activity today for values education.
