Im getting ready for work these last two weeks have been so crazy from moving from one city to the next and being around east again has been more than I expected but I wouldn't have it any other way. As i finished getting i get a facetime call from east i automatically answered it.
"Yes sir."
"Wassup dimples what you doing?"
"Getting ready for my first day of work."
"Oh yeah? You look cute in your scrubs."
"I know right."
"Shut up with your conceited ass you want me to take you?" He asked.
"Na I'll take my car."
He smacked his lips.
"Cookie let me take you."
"Why is it so important you take me?"
"Because I want to and I'll pick you up after work I wanna take you some where after." He said.
"Ummm sir i don't get off til 5 am."
"Oh shit. Well i still wanna come pick you up."
"Okay fine wait are you already in the car?"
"Yep now bring your ass outside."
This man.
"Okay here I come."
I hung up and started heading downstairs this man is very consistent. I walked out my penthouse locked the door and headed down to meet east.
"Hey boo." I said walking up to him.
He gave me a hug and a kiss.
"Hey ma."
He opened the car door and let me in then went to his side to drive off.
"Why you up so early?"
"What you mean I'm always up this early."
"Since when?"
"Money don't sleep babe."
"True."
"You excited about your first day?"
"Yeah I am I'll be working with Leslie."
"Oh hell I feel bad for that hospital." He said chuckling.
"What you trying to say?"
"Yall two together spells trouble but dont worry i got the bail money."
I couldn't help but laugh because it's damn near true.
"Na we going to be good. What you got planned for today?"
"Trap trap and more trap then go check on a couple of my shops other than that nothing."
"Um hum you ain't got none of your hoes coming through?"
"Cookie I ain't got no more hoes."
"Uh huh if you say so."
He bet not.
"I see you still have that promise ring i gave you." He said.
"Yeah I thought i would keep it."
He smirked a little bit.
"I remember when i first gave you that ring." He said.
I smiled at the thought.
"Yeah our moms thought we was getting married and started planning our wedding."
"Man that shit was crazy you need an upgrade." He said.
