My mom was driving home from my older sister's house with my younger sister and I, and the song Hurricane by Thirty Seconds to Mars played from her playlist and at first I thought:
"In the eye of a hurricane there is quiet.
For just a moment."
Because I'm Hamilton trash, but then I listened more closely to the lyrics and realized, "Hey! This goes really well with Wilbur's insanity arc!"
I could only imagine what skilled artists and storyboarders (is that how you'd say it? XD) could do with lyrics like:
"There's a fire inside of this heart
And a riot about to explode into flames
Where is your God? Where is your God? Where is your God?"
And,
"Do you really want? Do you really want me?
Do you really want me dead or alive
To torture for my sins?
Do you really want? Do you really want me?
Do you really want me dead or alive to live a lie?"
I can only imagine the angst.
