AU where Tommy commits suicide after Wilbur is revived.
After Tommy's death, the server just isn't the same anymore. It's like the world stops. Everyone quickly gets their shit together after that.
Months after Tommy's passing, the SBI have all started living together in Techno's cabin. They're a functional family now, would you look at that! But everything just seems a little too quiet now that Tommy's gone. A little too empty.
The feeling persists all the way up until they celebrate their first Christmas without Tommy. The silence is all consuming. The atmosphere tense and awkward without the loudness of a certain blonde to break it up with banter and jokes.
Tommy was always what made Christmas bright and fun; it was his favorite holiday after all, and he loved sharing his joy with his loved ones through his gifts and laughter. Tommy made Christmas Christmas. And now he's gone, and they don't know what to do.
