"Captain Jack Sparrow, the infamous pirate outwitted by teenagers," Gibbs remarked crossing his arms as we all headed onto the ship. He wasn't happy that was for certain but despite what he may want us to believe it was not about Jack getting shown up by his niece and nephew.

"Mr Gibbs, ya do need to get over ya superstitions about women on board a ship," I returned with a grin and hearing the young girls laugh a little behind me. "Besides Storm and I have far more power over the sea than any man."

Storm looked up at me proudly with a smile with her hand settled on the hilt of her sword the glistened lightly in the light of the moon.

"Four women aboard a ship and three of them are kids no less," The older man complained further as Jack ordered around various members of the crew that had stayed behind. They began to rush around the deck at their captain's ordered slightly drunk and unable to move in a straight line.

Alaris and Dominique found this the most amusing which was unsurprising.

"As much as I do love to hear you complain, Gibbs, there is work to be done," I reminded. "Alaris and Dominique will be staying with us for the duration of our quest for Blackbeard's treasure and we weren't prepared for Storm and Atlas either."

When the sun rose the next day we were ready to set sail once more with new maps, new hope and, most importantly, a full store of rum for what would be no doubt a rather interesting journey.

"Oi give that back!"

"What have I said about threatening me with a sword!"

"She wouldn't have to threaten you if you didn't keep stealing her things Alaris!"

"Can't we all just play cards?"

Jack and I stepped out of the cabin early one morning to find the four teens arguing as per usual. There were only a few moments of our journey where they seemed to get along yet all they seemed to do was bicker now.

"If they don't stop fighting soon I'm throwing them overboard," Jack muttered. "Except Domino, she's actually of use."

I smiled Jack widely glad to see the developing relationship between him and Dominique.

"See sometimes you need to trust because more often than not I am correct Jack Sparrow," I said as he wrapped an arm around my waist.

"Aye, you are Celie. But perhaps not about allowing four teenagers onto our ship," He replied kissing the side of my head.

We stopped a little ways away from the bickering four. The rest of the crew were carrying out their duties whilst giving them a very wide birth. Storm and Alaris looked as if they were just about ready to murder the other. Domino was doing her best to stop Storm from stabbing Alaris and also trying to keep Alaris from running away. I laughed lightly at Atlas. He stood leaning against the side of the ship frowning at his three friends and clutching a pack of cards. He didn't look upset just completely fed up.

Suddenly Alaris broke free of her older friends hold and rushed away with Storm immediately giving chase.

"Will you please do something!" Domino cried making a grab for Storm as she ran past, sword drawn and raised.

"Getting stabbed by my twin wasn't exactly on my list of things to do today!"

I sighed heavily feeling like Atlas, completely done with the arguments. A moment later Alaris, Storm and Domino were wrapped up in small pools of swirling water.

"Cel, let. Us. Down!" Storm cried apparently more angry than before. Domino and Alaris were too stunned by their current situation to make any sort of protest.
