Hermione kept to her word. She told Madam Pomfrey that evening and then vowed to tell Alexandra after the Quidditch match between Gryffindor and Slytherin. According to Hermione, Alexandra didn't usually go to the matches unless Cedric was playing. It was a good thing, it meant whatever happened to her in the past, whatever change she went through, some things stayed the same. She didn't play quidditch because she actually enjoyed the game.

Alexandra scowled as she past the Slytherin tables on her way to breakfast the next morning. They were wearing badges that had 'Weasley is our king' written on them.

"Hey, you almost look like the old you." Megan remarked brightly and Alexandra frowned.

"Pardon?"

"You know, the whole glare like you're angry thing." She elaborated. "I mean, it's gone now, but you looked like the old you for a second there."

"Um, okay. Thanks?" Megan rolled her eyes.

"Too weird." She turned to start eating.

"You can't expect me to be the Alexandra you knew, you know."

"You mean the Alex we knew."

"Whatever." Alexandra turned to her plate.

"I guess that's one thing that hasn't changed." Megan smirked. "You're still so easily annoyed."

"What does that mean? Did we not get along?"

"More of a love hate relationship, actually." Charlie leaned over. "You and Megan usually just love to annoy each other. But at the end of the day, you're good friends."

"Are you sure?" Charlie's face fell and Alexandra sighed. "That was my attempt at a joke."

"Keep trying, you'll get there." Megan smirked. Alexandra smiled back, a new sort of friendship formed. Her eyes caught onto Ron and Harry with Hermione and she smiled.

"I'm going to go wish Ronald good luck." She stood, and headed over to the Gryffindor table. Her younger brother looked terribly nervous.

"Alex, what are you doing here?" He asked.

"Come to wish my brother luck." She said. "You don't need to look so nervous, Ronald. You'll win."

"Why are you so sure?"

"Because, I've seen you play, remember. Just pretend you're at home, playing a casual game with Ginny and the twins."

"It's different." She shook her head.

"No, it's not. Chin up, I've seen you play keeper hundreds of times. Don't let your fear take hold of you."

"Yeah. Okay. Alright, you're right. I've played hundreds of times. I can do this."

"Exactly." She agreed. "And I'll be in the stands supporting you, alright? Just try your best, and you'll be perfectly alright." He smiled, and she gave him a hug. "I'm going to go finish my breakfast, but I'll see you on the pitch." She said. "Good luck Harry!"

Alexandra headed back to the Hufflepuff table. She turned back one last time and saw Hermione kiss Ron's cheek in a friendly manner before nudging the boys to leave.

"This is Luna." Hermione introduced her to a blonde Ravenclaw.

"Nice to meet you." Alexandra smiled.

"We've met." Luna said.

"Right. Sorry, I don't remember."

"I know." She stood with them as the game started. Alexandra nudged Hermione a few minutes later.
