[UPDATE: ALL MY BOOKS ARE BACK UP!]
So I republished the contract because it would have to be review by the app store to make sure that the book was originally written by me.
In the meanwhile, @alexandramar1e suggested a way that would help.
So please help if you can because the sooner this is done, the sooner all of my books will return.

Generally there's a place on apps like these where you can submit a request to have work removed if it violates your copyright, but this app doesn't have one for obvious reasons, so you just submit through Apple or Google Play.
1.All you have to do is state your name, the person you're doing this for (which is me @ellwritess or anyone else)
2. then you fill out a little information about my book
3. add the URL of the app that's stealing my work
4. sign your name (just write your full name again)
5. Submit
