Secretkeeper looked at her egg. It looked... normal? Everyone suspected today was gonna be three moons. She scouted the skies. She didn't see three moons. "SECRERTKEEPER!" she heard a voice call. She had to leave her egg.
As the egg began to hatch, the baby dragonet inside began to chirp. "Shh, now, dear," Secretkeeper hushed. "You'll be safe in the rainforest, I promise. Mummy will visit." She stroked her wing. "Watch the moons, little... Moonwatcher."
"Coo coo!" Moonwatcher chirped. Secretkeeper took off into the skies, leaving the little NightWing all alone in the rainforest.
As Secretkeeper crossed the rainforest, she thought she heard Moonwatcher say, "Mommy?"
