What if the NightWings never took Prince Arctic?

Tundra thought of her son as WINTER WINTER WINTER WINTER. He would be king if kings existed. She had completely different thoughts: Icicle, you'll never challenge Glacier. You're an idiot. and WINTER, GENIUS! PURE GENIUS!  and Hailstorm, nonONONO! You're an idiot just like your sister! Learn to live peacefully! and Ugh, Mink should be banished. I have to get another room now that my old one is overflowing with 'I love you, Aunt Tundra!' gifts. and GLACIER IS STUPID VERY VERY STUPID  and stuff like that.

Of course, Tundra had despised her son(Winter) the most- he couldn't even kill. But that changed... a year after they had seen Hailstorm after Winter released him from the SkyWing's prison. At noon, the queen was all: WE NEED ANIMUS DRAGONS NOW THAT ARCTIC HAS DIED ELLO ANYBODY LISTENING THREE MOONS I AM GOING TO START CALLING YOU DRAGONETS "PUNKS" AND YOU BIG GUYS IDIOTS I'M NOT KIDDING ATTENTION HALT BLAH BLAH BLAH I NEED AN ANIMUS DRAGON NOW! Jerboa had murdered Crystal, and that's when Snowfall had started "feeling" for her sister and she had killed Jerboa. Winter was at the stupid academy, and when he returned, a strange glow followed him as well, and he popped, and became an animus! No IceWing knew why, not even the ones at the academy.

Tundra knew he had such a weird SeaWing friend named... Tsulan? Turnan? Anyhoo, Winter protests it wasn't him... seriously, Winter? He was despised, blah blah blah, and Hailstorm, Hailstorm, found an old family photo of Tundra and... three moons, was that PRINCE ARCTIC? Tundra couldn't remember anything, her father looked a lot like Prince Arctic, though, but his name was Musk.
