Chapter Thirty Five

"that's fucking awesome!"
Jaden said.
"girl I'm so proud of you!"
Amelie said.
"a fucking pop star!!"
Josh yelled loudly.
"I still have more followers"
Bryce said making me laugh.

We were all having dinner together. Bryce, Josh, jaden, nessa, amelie, Blake, and I. I just told them about the news I got from Micheal this morning and everyone is so happy for me.

"I'm literally so happy for you"
Nessa said making me smile.
"awww I love you"
I said giving her a side hug. I was in the middle of nessa and amelie.

"so, we have a month before you go to Spain?"
Josh asked making me nod.
"I think y'all should come too. We could take it as a vacation."
I offered.
"I don't think so. We need to keep filming while you're away. You'd also need to film extra time for a month so you can go"
Bryce said mentioning the show we're filming.

It's so hard when you have to do multiple things at the same time.

We kept talking and eating for a while. Can't lie, boa's steak is definitely the dopest steak ever.
"Anna. Anna!"
Amelie whispered, nudging me. I looked at her to see her looking to the right. My eyes traveled to the right, curious.

It was him. It was chase.

With charli.

It was chase, charli, Larry and James. Oh wow. He was laughing and smiling with her. He looked happy.

"are you okay?"
I heard nessa whisper but I didn't reply. My eyes were so focused on chase that I didn't notice our whole table quieting slowly.

He said something. Charli said something back. He laughed. She laughed at his laugh. The look he's giving her is completely different. I don't think he ever looked at me like this. He was so focused on her face that he didn't look around. He couldn't see anybody in the crowded area but her.

"tasia?"
I heard jadens voice. I finally looked away from chase and gave jaden a little smile.
"I'm going to the bathroom"
I said standing up. Amelie and nessa stood up too.
"No. You guys stay. I will just wash my face and come back real quick"
I said and walked to the bathroom not giving anybody a chance to reply.

To go to the bathroom, I have to pass by chase's table. I did, confidently and didn't even look at him. Damn, I'm a really good actor sometimes. I don't think he saw me anyways.

I was wrong. Once I went to the bathroom and washed my face, I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket.

I was pissed. So pissed that he came her with her. The fucking audacity.

I can't lie and say I didn't miss him though. That's why I continued with the conversation.

I went out of the bathroom doors, so determined to go back to my table and keep hanging out with my friends. But I didn't do that. I wasn't planning to, I swear. My legs just led me to the backdoor. I went out of the restaurant from the backdoor. It was staff only but who cares.

He wasn't there. Of fucking course. This bitch is hot as fuck but he's pissing me off.

He's not pissing you off you're just jealous he's here with charli and not you.

I had to wait for at least ten minutes before he finally showed up.
"i WiLl mEeT yOu iN a mInUtE"
I said with mocking voice making him laugh. For some reason, people always laugh when I'm angry.

After long silence, he finally sighed.
"I thought we should talk about that fight in the car. I don't know why do you think I'm blaming you for that video. I swear I'm not. I was just a little frustrated. I don't want social media to ruin us"
Chase said and I looked at him. My heart instantly melted at the sight of his eyes. His eyes will always be my favorite.

"I know. I was just... I don't even know. It scared when you got mad. It got me mad too because.. I don't know chase. I'm sorry I took it way too far." I sighed and looked away from him. "I'm also sorry I brought up charli. I shouldn't have. I know you're still struggling with the whole thing"

"I'm not-"
He tried but I cut him off with a smile that didn't reach my eyes.
"it's okay. I understand. You don't have to sugar coat it. You're right. I'm just kinda insecure when it comes to her"

He took my hand and pulled me into a hug.
"I didn't mean it like that. That was the dumbest thing I ever said. You're perfect Ann. I'm so sorry it made you feel like that"
I circled my arms around his waist and buried my head in his chest.

I missed being in his arms so much. We just stood there for a while. With his arms around my shoulder and back, and his hand brushing through my hair. Then I felt a kiss to the top of my head
"do you wanna ditch your friends and come home with me?"
I heard him mumble which made me nod without hesitation.

We broke the hug with big smiles on both our faces.
"we should take different cars so paparazzi wouldn't suspect a thing. You go back to your friends and I will go home right now. Then you come out fifteen minutes later"
Chase said. His voice gives me butterflies

I finally arrived chase's house. His house looked more like a castle. Something that would suit a vampire prince. I texted chase and he said he's in his room.

"hey"
I said with a smile once I arrived the room. Chase was there, on his bed. He smiled and stood up. I watched as he took a couple steps closer to me till we were just inches apart.

"fuck, I missed you"
I wasn't given a chance to respond because his lips crashed on mine. At first I was taken aback but then I started kissing him back.

It was slow, cute, and held so much emotion. It was like everything else I have been going through was just forgotten. It was just him and I.

I pulled away and smiled up at him. He smiled back. I picked his lips.

I said and without warning jumped in him, he got startled and we both fell on his bed with me on top of him.
"that was bold"
He said laughing. Then his hand went to my ass.

Okay imma Abouta act up. Mr hot here is getting my hormones all working. I leaned down and gave his jaw a light kiss.

He said and flipped us so he was on top. I bit my lower lip in anticipation.

I woke up the next day feeling so happy. Chase and I are finally getting back to normal. I just hope we don't fuck it up again.

He was already awake, on his phone. I buried my face into his side, getting his attention. I felt a kiss to my hair.
"good morning baby"
He said and I hummed.
"do you wanna get breakfast?"
Chase asked and started running his fingers through my hair.
"noooo. I'm tired"
I whined which caused him to laugh.

I felt him laying down and he held my cheeks with his hand making or eyes meet. He brushed my hair behind my ear and had an amused smile on his face.

"I'm that tiring huh?"
I rolled my eyes with a smile.
"nahh. I just had a long day yesterday"
He laughed
"you can never get rid of that attitude, can you?"

"we both know it's your favorite thing about me"
He laughed again.
"you're right"
