Nearly a month passed.

Mae started streaming on more her own- although Ranboo always appeared at least once on each stream to check in on her- and by now she was averaging 15K viewers. Usually she played on her individual Minecraft world, but sometimes she would hang out on the server she shared with Ranboo.

Sometime that month she changed her skin to be matching with Ranboo's; a girl with half black and white hair, but instead of a suit, the character sported an enderdragon onesie.

The girl was often featured on Ranboo's chill streams, along with Tubbo. They usually joined vc when they were tired and bored, flirting with Ranboo teasingly and sharing out random thoughts. Mae and Tubbo's friendship grew rapidly, as the fanbase dubbed them the "Babe Duo", or "babetwt" on Twitter due to the nickname they shared for Ranboo.

But even their friendship wasn't comparable to Ranboo and Mae's. If it was even possible, their friendship grew bigger, and so did the shipping. "Maeboo" quickly turned into an ongoing joke in the fandom, nearly as big as Dreamnotfound.

Everyone on the Minecraft server Ranboo played on- the Dream SMP she remembered it was called- had followed her on every social media platform. As to why, she had no idea.

At some point, she had received a DM from Nihachu and that grew into another new friendship. They often chatted on Discord, and once they had even attempted doing a Minecraft speed run on stream. Now, they always made sure to raid each other when possible.

That formed what their fanbases called the "Pretty Duo".

And if all that wasn't enough, today something weird happened. Something that would change Mae's life more than it already has, and maybe even change it for the better.

Mae was just building an end-themed house for Ranboo and her to share, huddled in her chair with her facecam on when it happened. It was a chill stream in the late night, and Ranboo had visited the stream moments prior to check up on the stream before he went to sleep. They had gone out for ice cream earlier that day, and she could tell that the event had a good effect on Ranboo's mood.

Placing a couple more fences on the porch, Mae moved her character backwards to admire her work. Behind her was an enormous flower field that Ranboo had surprised her with a couple days ago; filled with alliums and daises. Ranboo and Mae's favorites.

"I think that looks pretty good, huh chat?" Mae wondered out loud, looking over to her chat with a yawn.

She was returned with a plentiful amount of compliments on the house, making Mae smile.

"I think I'll finish the roof, then end off the stream-" Mae started, but then dropping her jaw when a donation came up on her screen.
