After everything that had happened at the strawberry farm, the kiss was pretty much the only thing on Mae's mind.

It was now midnight, and everyone else was now sleeping. Besides George, who had been sleeping nearly the whole day and only waking up to go out with Dream, Bad, Sam, Antfrost, and Sapnap.

Puffy, Hannah, Niki, Drista, and Mae had all resided on their shared balcony. Huddled in their biggest blankets and and oblivious to the five other people in the same house, wide awake.

"Mae? Mae?" Drista waved her hand in front of Mae's face. "Stop zoning out. We're trying to play truth or dare."

Mae blinked herself out of her thoughts and looked up. "Yup, sorry."

Drista sighed, turning to Niki, "Your turn to pick."

"Mae, truth or dare?"

"Dare, I'm not a pussy."

Niki giggled mischievously.

"Wake up Ranboo and kiss him."

Puffy heard a very faint thud and a muffled laugh come from outside of the balcony doors, but shrugged it off. Probably someone else upstairs who dropped something.

"What?"

"You heard Niki. Do it!" Hannah urged.

"What if I already did it?" Mae shot back with a snort.

Everyone went drop dead silent; even the slightest noise of a needle drop could be heard.

"Repeat that again?" Puffy blurted.

"Oh, piss off, you heard it once and you heard it right. Drista, truth or dare?"

"No, no, no," Drista faltered. "Don't subject change on me. You kissed Ranboo?"

"Yes. Y-E-S."

Niki and Hannah were the first to register what Mae had said, and started cheering in excitement.

"THE SHIP HAS SAILED!" Hannah yelled, Niki laughing.

"Oh my god," Mae rubbed her temples in fake annoyance, yet still smiling and turning red.

"How'd it go?" Drista asked excitedly.

Mae debated on keeping it to herself or telling everyone, then decided on letting the rest of them have their moment.

"Strawberry field. We were racing, then ran into each other. We stood there giggling, then he started ranting about things he loves about me. I said it back, then I started laughing until he interrupted and asked 'can I kiss you?'. And boom. Kiss."

"Are you officially dating?" Niki queried.

Messing with her ring, Mae confirmed, "We haven't talked about that yet. We will, just not today. Maybe in a few days."

The rest of them nodded, then let out their held in shouts of excitement.

"MAEBOO!" Niki, Hannah, Puffy, and Drista formed a circle around Mae and started running around her.

"Oh, fuck off," Mae rolled her eyes, but buried her head in her hands to hide her smile.

When Ranboo and Wilbur finally agreed to joining Tommy, Tubbo, and Jack on their midnight shenanigans, they didn't expect spying.

Especially not on Hannah, Mae, Drista, Niki, and Puffy.

Poor Wilbur just wanted to sleep, and Ranboo just wanted to give them privacy.

But nobody really escapes Tommy and Tubbo'a wrath, so now here they were. All five of them huddled on the other side of the door to the girls' balcony.

"Wake up Ranboo and kiss him," Niki's voice said faintly from the other side of the door.

There was silence until Tommy dropped his phone because of his laughter.

"What?" Mae said unsurely.

Hannah's voice was next, "You heard Niki. Do it!"

"What if I already did it?" Mae said from the other side of the door.

Ranboo and the others went silent. They all turned to Ranboo, shock painted on their faces.

"You kissed a girl?" Tommy sputtered, the same time Tubbo blurted, "You kissed Mae?"

Jack had on his overprotective face, just like when Mae was usually on topic to their conversations.

"...Yeah."

"No fucking way!" Tommy whisper-yelled, jumping ecstatically.

"Tommy shut up, they're going to hear you," Ranboo scolded in a panic.

"But you kissed a girl before me!" Tommy snapped.

"I don't feel the need to kiss anyone," Tubbo mumbled.

Wilbur grumbled, "You all either shut up or you go back to the bedroom so you can pester Ranboo with questions and I can fucking sleep."

The sleep was definitely getting to Wilbur.

"I prefer the first option-" Ranboo began, but everyone else was already running to the shared bedroom. Except for Wilbur, who was heading off to his room shared with Phil.

There were two bunk beds in Tommy, Tubbo, Jack, and Ranboo's room. Tubbo and Ranboo shared one- much to Tommy's dismay- while Jack and Tommy took the other.

"So you actually kissed her?" Tommy inquired as they all sat on Tubbo's bed.

"You already asked that, Tommy."

"Was she comfortable with it?" Jack demanded.

Sometimes he could be scary when it came to Mae, because of how much of an older brother and younger sister dynamic they shared.

"I asked her before I did it."

Jack went to his own bed and shut his eyes, "That means my job is done and I can finally fucking sleep."

And so that left Tommy and Tubbo to bombard Ranboo with their questions until they finally fell asleep.
