'SUPERHEROES? IN NEW YORK? GIVE ME A BREAK!'
The events from the Battle in New York City, was being broadcasted on TV and Radio stations all across the world. Online, in newspapers, the event would surely go down in history and at the centre of it, was the eight, brave men and women. The Avengers. Earth's mightiest heroes.
In a TV news montage about The Avengers, there are various reports of what happened. Whilst, some people agree that the Avengers did good, protecting not just the city, but the whole world from an extraterrestrial attack. Others believe it was their cause that the attack happened in the first place, and that they should be held accountable for the destruction and loss of life they caused amidst saving the world.
'These so called heroes have to be held responsible for the destruction done to the city. This was their fight. Where are they now?'
'What? That this was somehow their fault? Captain America saved my life. Wherever he is, wherever any of them are, I just wanna say thank you.'
Said heroes, found themselves at Central Park, weeks after the battle. All rested, healed and recovered. Today was Loki and Thor's send off. The God of Thunder was to return to Asgard with his brother, where the God of Mischief was to answer for his crimes. Any punishment there, the Avengers believed would be far worse than anything they could conjure here on Earth.
Thor goes round and shakes hands with each member of the team. He couldn't help but smile when he shook Tessa and Jungkook's hands. He sure would miss the two delinquents, who he wished were returning to Asgard with him. He believed they'd love it at his place of birth.
Tony, dressed in a fine white suit, opened the case withholding the Tesseract. Banner removed the cube gently, and places it inside a glass tube, held by Thor. The God of Thunder held it up for his brother to take. Loki, who was most probably sulking underneath his mask, reluctantly took a hold of it.
