Also, I am not writing this chapter to make it normal but I am writing this because it is happening. Please be aware that this doesn't happen to everyone and that some people who are going through this aren't always harming themselves. There are a lot of hotlines that can help you if any of you guys are suffering with this.
This isn't some kind of joke either, I am not mocking anyone as I know this is a serious problem.
Again, if you will be reading the next chapter, I assure you that I kept it minimal as possible as I don't want to disturb any of you.
