How can I not see the negative?
Well, the answer to that is I don't know. I know it's a simple task to do but how can I do it. I look into things so much eventually I just see all the negatives. I wanna stop but I don't know-how.
I found a quote one time it goes like

In this case, the person telling me "I can't do this" is myself.
