Ep. 15 - Awake Sleepwalkers

"Pillow, pass me the screwdriver" Golf Ball told her, she proceeded to do so, they were making a brand new invention together in the underground factory, ever since they investigated the storm a few weeks ago they've managed to build up a strong friendship, mostly thanks to their combined knowledge and interests.

"Do I help you screw the bolts?" Pillow asked.

"Yes, actually, your arms would be very helpful!" Golf Ball smiled, Pillow picked up another screwdriver and began screwing bolts in the opposite side of the machine.

Then, they both heard a knock from above.

"Huh? Who is it?" Pillow looked up.

Golf Ball stood up, "You keep screwing, I'll go check" and walked upstairs to the entrance of the factory, in which she installed a metal door with Pillow a few days ago to prevent any unwanted visitors.

"Who is out there?" GB shouted, looking for answers.

"Um, It's me, Maybe... Step outside?" A voice could be heard from the other side of the trapdoor, Golf Ball groaned and pressed a big red button next to the top of the stairs, opening the entrance.

"What do you want Coiny? I'm busy!" Golf Ball scolded him and Pin, who was standing right behind him. Four had taken off all the lava out of the scenery the day after the challenge.

"Well, I wanted to tell you this the first time I stepped into your factory... But I kinda got interrupted" Coiny started speaking.

"Tell me what?" The scientist raised an eyebrow.

"That... Umm... I'm like... Very sorry for what I've done to you back on that whole ask or dare challenge... I don't know what got to me, I wish I didn't make things awkward and all that stuff" Coiny sighed before continuing, "... It's just... I kinda felt... possessed, that challenge was really weird..."

"I completely agree!" Golf Ball answered, "And completely forgive you! I believe my reasoning got a bit foggy due to the rush of that challenge, I mean, two couples kissed just due to my dares, a bit weird..."

"What do you mean by two? Us and who else?" Pin chimed in.

"Oh, you weren't there, it was Pencil and Match" GB explained, "Delightfully Devilish!"

"Don't they... Fight all the time now?" Pin seemed weirded out by the revelation.

"Correct, that was my objective" Golf Ball grinned, "Although I gotta admit I do feel a bit bad for that now..." the grin faded away as she spoke.

"You don't have to feel bad!" Coiny tried to calm her down, "Even though you had bad intentions, I got to be with the best person in the entire universe!" he briefly glanced behind him, Pin seemed flattered, if not flustered.

"B-Besides" Pin attempted to continue, "Nobody likes Pencil or Match anyways"

"Well, maybe, but I forgot about scientist's biggest rule... the obligation to be ethical!" Golf Ball seemed ashamed.

"Oh, yeah, because you're known for being a nice, ethically responsible person" Coiny said sarcastically.

"Weren't you trying to apologize to me just a minute ago?"

"Erm, sorry... Talking about apologies, I'd like to apologize to Tennis Ball as well" Coiny continued, "Is he on the factory?"

"He's not" Golf Ball responded.

"Then who's making all that noise downstairs?" Pin asked, stepping forwards to point at the staircase before her.

"Oh, that's Pillow" she told them.
